TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONSTRUCTION OF PRODUCTION TUBE WELL.
BY THE WATER RESOURCES BOARD
From the Hydro geological Survey the most favorable location for construction of a tube well has been
selected within the premises shown by you.
Although the selected location is the most favorable site for the construction of a tube well, the quantity
and quality of water which can be obtained from this well cannot be determined prior to completion of the
well. Therefore, after the construction of tube well, if the well yield is less than 20 liters per minute, 40
percent of the estimated cost for construction of the tube well will be refunded. In this regard, the well
will be back-filled and cement plug will be placed on top of the well,

We. Hereby certify that the proposed location for
construction of a well shown to us given in the sketch map of the hydro geological report is within our
land premises and does not fall into any government reservation or anyone else’s land. | ensure that there
‘would be no objection from any party for the drilling of the tule: well at this site. I also agree to the terme
and conditions given in your form HG - O1 and hereby grant permission to drill the well at this location.

MG. Consultants (Pvt) Ltd has requested to identify groundwater availability in proposed
new Milco factory at Badalgama. Total land area of the proposed project site is around 35,
Acres and it is consisting with 7 Acres marshy land. Daily water demand is around 300,000
liters per day and management of the company was decided to fulfill this requirement from
deep tube walls.
Considering the area and water demand of the project, it is proposed to construct 05
numbers of deep tube wells. Although, it has been already investigated proposed Milco
factory premises for groundwater Therefore, proposed 05 number of tube wells are planned
to construct at the NLDB land situated nearby. In this context, it was conducted detailed
geophysical surveys to identify most favorable locations to construct bore wells in the
concern land on the dates of 10,11,16,17 January 2019,
Extracted water will use for dairy production and factory uses. And, the hydrogeological and
geophysical surveys were conducted to identify most favorable locations to groundwater
extraction in given land premise.
