1. MEETING OBJECTIVE (LO4 , PO10 , A3)

Objective is considered excellent if covers all the necessary elements i.e. specific,
measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound.

2. AGENDA & ISSUES (LO4 , PO10 , A3)

Agenda is considered excellent if covers all the necessary elements i.e. detailed
chronological description of all events are described, items put to vote are recorded
with results. Any problem/issue is clearly identified and good solution is proposed.

3. ACTION ITEM (LO4 , PO10 , A3)

Room for action items to be clearly assigned, and plans for the next meeting are
stated. A well balanced tasks are distributed among members in the group. Each task
given is well described and reasonably achievable in a given timeframe.

4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT (LO5 , PO10 , A3)

The flow of work and financial are distributed concurrently with the progress of project.
