INFORMATION
The Undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor accuses SCAR KING of
the crime of MURDER as defined and penalized under Article 248 of the Revised
Penal Code, committed as follows:
That on the 15th of May 2010, in the City of Muntinlupa, National
Capital Region, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of the Honorable
Court, the abovementioned accused, SCAR KING et al., conspiring,
confederating and mutually helping and aiding one another, with evident
premeditation and treachery, did then and there wilfully, unlawfully and
feloniously pushed MUFASA KING when he was hanging at the edge of
the cliff caused the latter to fall into the middle of a stampede that caused
his death. Specifically, the victim suffered from external injuries such as
contusions and abrasions all over his body mostly on chest and abdomen,
and several internal injuries such as, fractured skull bones, ribs and
sternum, laceration of lungs, and congestion of liver and brain, which
 eventually caused his death. A number of claw marks identified to belong
to the accused was also found in both the front legs of the victim. Thus
performing all the acts of execution which have produced the crime of
Murder.
