 To reacquaint teacher-participants with the formulation of Daily Lesson Plan aligned with the indicated
learning goals of the curriculum
 To assist colleagues on test construction and test analysis interpretation
 To create challenging yet appropriate activities that address learner differences and adopt utilization of ICT
on daily teaching-learning process

Participants will be selected from Grades IV- VI pupils of Cateel Central Elementary School
Participant’s task: The participants will be trained in a particular event (News Writing, Feature
Writing, Science and Health Writing, Editorial Writing, Editorial Cartooning, Photojournalism,
Sports Writing and Copy Reading and Headline Writing both in English and Filipino).

Instructional objectives:
Participants must have passion in writing. He/ She must be updated and acquainted with the
events that happen in school, community and in the country in general. A keen observer and
always stands for facts not for faults. Participants are expected to participate actively in the
activities designed for them by their coaches and are expected to submit at least one article in
every session. The trained participants will be the ones to represent the school in Division Schools
Press Conference (DSPC) 2016.

Each participant is required to complete in attendance the 8-Day Training from September 24, 2016
to November 19 2016, held every Saturday.

Variations:
In case there will be an emergency meeting participants are required to attend.
