The range of Autel’s electronic control devices is wide enough to satisfy the demands both of
small and big dimensions plants. Autel makes three models of cyclical Timers: The economic
and compact timer Mod. STR-REC, the cyclical economic generators GC and the single-exit
TC. The reliable STR-REC are compact and available from a minimun of 2 to a maximum of 6
exits, but they can be extended through REC expansion (remote expansion control), thus they
are suitable for being used in small and medium dimensions plants. The cyclical generators GC
have been planned for the continuous and sequencial control and they allow the layout of the
pause and working times through graduated grips. This device can be supplied in different
models which can control from a minimun of 2 to a maximun of 96 electrovalves, so that they
can be used both in small and in big dimensions plants. For very big plants, Autel can build, on
demand, expansions which allow the timers to control more than 96 electrovalves. The cyclical
generator TC is a very simple and reliable single-exit timer, which has been planned for the
direct application on the valve to be driven. Autel advices to use Ecomatic, planned for the
intelligent piloting of the filtration plants, which allows a saving in terms of energetic
consumption of the compressed-air in filters These devices are able to pilot the electrovalves
and they include a differencial pressure gauge . This latter allows the direct control of the
obstruction degree of the filter and it allows the cleaning process only when and where it is
necessary. This intelligent device is able to recognise the outputs in which a load is applied ,
thus it can command automatically and directly only the exits effectively used. This device can
be supplied in different models and it can control from a min. of 2 to a max. of 96 electrovalves,
thus it can be used both in small and in big dimensions plants. On demand, it is possible to
applied to the Ecomatic expansion modules in order to guarantee the control of more than 96
electrovalves, thus being used in bigger dimensions plants .

General Description
The ECOMATIC Economizers, planned for the management of filtration systems, built-in
differential pressure gauge able to control the filter level of obstruction. The device will command
only outputs connected to a load and the sequence will be automatically regulated. The
differential pressure measuring device will start the cycle-generator only when necessary. The
start and end washing pressure, post-cleaning pressure, alarm pressure and pause-times,
operation time and post-cleaning time are adjustable through 3 keys and 3-digits display.
Moreover other programmable functions are available.

General Descrption

The GC sequential timers are electronic instruments comprising a microprocessor card designed to
control solenoid valves for filtration systems. These devices command only the outputs connected to a
load and the sequence will be automatically regulated. Two knobs with a graduated scale enable the
user to set the pause time and the operation time. On request they can also be equipped with a post-
cleaning input.
The duration of the post-cleaning cycle is variable (up to 30 min) and it can be set by means of a third
potentiometer mounted on the frontal panel of the board. The device is equipped with LEDs to display
activation of outputs, pause phases and power on.
All sequential timers are designed with AC solenoid valve outputs; the output stage comprises triacs
with zero-crossing activation/deactivation to reduce disturbance. Versions are available on request with
transistor type output stages for solenoid valves with 24 V dc operating voltage. Each model is
supplied with a polycarbonate enclosure with transparent lids and IP56 protection rating.

General Description
The TC 1 cyclic timer is a very simple and versatile programmable switch with
contained dimensions. Within the ambit of the air filtering systems it can be used
in different applications, such as:
- to control electric drive valves in small dimension plants;
- to start up the control solenoid valve in the tanks assigned to the store broken;
- to download the condensate in the tanks provided with electric drive drain valve.

The adjustment of the working and the pause time occurs through two grips.
During the operating phase a green LED lights up, during the pause phase a
yellow LED lights up. The timer is provided with a TEST pushbutton, which
allows to check its right operation.

NOTE: the load must have the same supply voltage as the TC 1 input
supply

General description
STR control device is a compact, reliable and economic Cyclical Timer with 2-3-4-5-6 outputs,
adapted for small and medium filtration systems. The easiness of installation and use are its
power. In order to connect the outputs of the instrument to the pneumatic valves on the filter is
enough to use an ordinary tube RILSAN. The costs of the electrical wiring are limit to the single
power. The regulation of the operating cycle (pause time and operation time) is provided by means
accessible trimmer on the circuit.
