In a region that holds some of Africa’s most

influential economies, a region that as well as being
fast growing is equally fast moving too. Being
acquainted, in the know & prepared for the future is
an everyday task and some say a ‘responsibility’.

The first Ghana Edition of ‘I AM AFRICA IT’ will take

place at the Kempinski Gold Coast Accra, Ghana, &
will be focused IT Security & Technology.

What is ‘I AM AFRICA IT’?

‘I AM AFRICA IT’ is the African Information

Technology event arm from the ‘I Am Media Group’
(IMG) and is dedicated and focused on helping
provide you with the best platform to Identify
industry challenges, connect with key executives
and understand where your business is going next.

Our B2B gatherings (events) and bespoke dinners bring
purchaser and provider communities together to find
solutions to real-world business challenges.

‘I AM AFRICA IT’, would like to differentiate in a busy

event market of events and conferences and take a
different approach to building its gatherings. Many event
organizers fail to truly relate to the invited individuals.
Unfortunately, it would seem that organisers today are
more interested in the financial gain. The educational
aspect of these events has become a second or third thought with less value to offer other than possible
networking.

We believe Education needs to be brought back into the

agendas. We aim for everyone who attends one our
gatherings to be able to leave we a ‘GEM’ that they can take
back to their office. Something they can use to increase their
own skill set and further their knowledge.

It’s important to identify with, connect with and understand

what is needed.

At a ‘I AM AFRICA IT’ gathering, the focus will always be down to earth, transparent, customer-focused content
to ensure that a high level of alignment and synergy takes place at its gatherings. We look to offer an intimate
environment, planned well in advance with the genuine business focuses of its attendees and the buyer
community.

We achieve this by insuring the agenda for the day is

created by the executives attending. The end user! Weeks
before the gathering we collect the information by way of
a small questionnaire which will highlight a few points,
some like:
• What are current challenges being faced?
• What points would the end user like to see
discussed?
• What vendors would they like present to
hear case studies from?

The answers to these & other questions will then be used by
us to form the agenda for the gathering. Ensuring the
agenda will be of value & interest to the attendees, and the
right topics discussed.

It also allows us to contact the relevant vendors/solution

providers in order to attend and provide educational
support within the discussions. No point having the finest
most succulent beef if you are at a conference for
vegetarians.

Our gatherings are smaller than the conferences

of 100’s of attendees. We invite 40-50 of the
leading executives from the country. This number
allows us to keep the agenda focused and
personal and allow for these thought leaders to
ask direct questions get their points across and
get true debate and discussion from each session.

Whatever your industry, our events deliver you the insight and relationships needed to take your business
