receipt of goods.
4.质量要求：按我司质量标准，需方在收到货后应及时检验产品质量，清点货物数量，如有异议应在三到七天之内向供方书面提出

VI.Liability for Breach: according to the Contract Law of PRC, any disputes could be solved through negotiation by both parties
during the contract fullfillemnt period, if consultation fails, the observant party can file a suit directly in a local people’s court.

5.违约责任:根据中华人民共和国合同法，合同履行期间如发生争执可由双方协议解决，协商不成守约方可向当地法院提起诉讼。

VII.The contract is in duplicate, becoming valid upon official stamp and signature by both parties. Any alteration will make the
contract invalid. The fax copy of contract is valid.
6.本合同一式两份，经双方代表签字（盖章）传真后生效。合同经涂改后无效。本合同传真（复印件）有效。
