3. Setting TRACE function TRACE

HOW ? HOW LONG ? WHEN ? 1. SA MPLING

1) MODE
① TIME CYCLE : A time period is used for sampling
② SIGNAL TRANSITION : A signal transition is used for sampling
2) RESOLUTION : 8 msec ~ 1000 msec
3) TIME : 1 sec ~ 1572 sec

2. STOP CONDITION
1) NONE
Trace is not automatically stopped.
2) B UFFER FULL
Trace operation is stopped when the sampling buffer is full
3) TRIGGER
Trace operation is stopped by a trigger (by the other signal)
① Trigger Address : Set Address for TRACE operation stop.
② Trigger Mode : Rising edge, Falling edge, Both edge
③ Trigger Position : Position % / total sampling period (100%)

3. SA MPLING CONDITION
Change“
TIME CYCLE”sampling mode.
When “
SIGNAL TRANSITION”is selected, it’
s valid.

Change“
SIGNAL TRANSITION”sampling mode. 1) TRIGGER
Sampling is performed, when the following condition is satisfied.

Initialize setting configuration. ① Trigger Address : Set Address for sampling

② Trigger Mode : Rising / Falling / Both edge, signal on, signal off
Rising EDge Falling EDge
2) A NY CHANGE
on Sampling is performed when sampling address make transition.
