As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.

be placed before the parliament at least about 6months before the new financial year commences
as to allow for the passing and if it fails twice for a DOUBLE DISSOLUTION and so another
election to be held. As such placing the Appropriation and Taxation Bills before the Parliament
sometime near or after the commencement of the next financial year on 1 July 2019 I view is a
form of terrorism upon us all.

And then we had this Wong claiming that Senator Fraser Anning is not an elected Member of
Parliament. Is it a case where the inmates are running the asylum? After all as I understand it
Fraser Anning was on the ballot paper and when a party member was disqualified he as next in
line in accordance with the constitution was then entitled to hold the seat. It makes not one Iota
of difference if he had 1 vote (his own) or more, all that is relevant is that he was in the
circumstances duly qualified to become a Member of Parliament. Then this Wong goes on that
Senator Fraser Anning doesn’t reflect Australian values. Well it appears to me she was looking in
the mirror and mistaken her own image that of Senator Fraser Anning. Here we have various
Members of Parliament seeking to align themselves with Muslims groups while at the same time
supporting Israel which is trying to exterminate (genocide) Arabs (mainly Muslims).
What a lot of hypocrites that they are in the Parliament when they are on the one hand are
supporting the genocide by Israel upon Palestinians (mainly Muslims) to eradicate them from the
Westbank and Gaza and then wanting to create the greater Israel to take Jorden, Lebanon, Syria,
Iraq and Iran as I understand it from publications and on the other hand pretending to be all for

expressing to be against Muslims but that he held that the immigration of Muslims is an issue.
And I understand he was correct in that. After all why would the killer go after so many innocent
persons to kill them if it was not because of the group they were belonging to.
My understanding gained over the years from seeking to assist people not to proceed with

that someone would out of his own pocket assist them. I did it because I oppose the killing of a
human being but I am now no longer going to do so. Look at the Bourke Street killing of 6
people. I warned State and Federal Parliament months prior to it to secure the tram tracks to
avoid such mass murder. To my understanding this still has not eventuated. The coroner now as I
understand it from media reports is going to limit her inquest to the about 6 days prior to the
mass killings. As such I view deliberately ignoring my written warnings that also have since been
provided to the coroner. I wonder if she is so to say going to collect her 30 silver pieces
afterwards? In my view that was what Peter Cosgrove did with the mass murder in Iraq when
commissioned to become Governor-General.

Well it seems that the Federal Government is a hypocrite as when it came to President Saddam
Hussein he was handed over to the then Iraqi government, denied his right as a prisoner of the

Court indeed were betraying their clients and so I view this was a cover up.

What should be understood is that the killing of anyone should be deplored irrespective if they
belong to some group being it Muslims, Christians, Jews, or whatever. What we have however is

What this means is tax exemption, other than for what politicians are paid as an allowance, is
unconstitutional. While not-for-profit organizations could claim for deductions as anyone else to
what is actually spend on assisting others in welfare matters they can however not have tax

to some organizations that are in the same situation.

If I were in power I would slug them all regarding unpaid taxes as any tax law that is

This underlines that we cannot either trust police and need laws against abuses. Regretfully as we
know about the lawyers like Nicola Gobbo betraying her clients the courts kept this hidden
instead of having her charges at the time for being an Officer of the Court undermining the
administration of justice. As such we no longer for this also can trust the purported
administration of justice, the police and the politicians. In my view we eventually will end up
with groups fighting against each other a civil war and politicians may end up like Mussolini did,
that is if they continue their marry way of rorting and abusing the system and their powers. We
have a constitution but reality is that politician, the courts and the law enforcement authorities
couldn’t care less about it unless it serves their goals. That is why the notion of democracy is
dead and buried long ago. When a politicians declares another Senator not having been elected
then surely we seem to have this arrogance that one Senator can decide the validity of another
Senator being elected or not. I found no such power in the constitution and this too underlines
how absurd we have become as to have pretended rules and regulations that are in violation of
the true meaning and application of the constitution. One thing for sure next time someone gives
me the understanding wanting to blow up/destroy some court building or whatever I will stay
clear. Let those in power deal with it or serve the consequences of their own deeds or lack

change and perhaps only some drastic event might so to say wake them up. As I stated I stay
clear of those wanting to combat other groups because unless and until if ever at all we get some
decent politicians in the Parliament who recognize and accept the true meaning of our
constitution it is a lost war. Senator Fraser Anning is clear evidence that to speak up means that
those I consider freaks will attack you for it. PM Scott Morrison and Bill Shorten should have
instead of running a squad of freaks against Senator Fraser Anning have concentrated upon
placing before the Parliament the long overdue Appropriation and Taxation Bills.
We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
