HISTORY: The ítem “management for competitions” was used in the first time by
“David C. McClelland” in the year 1973, and at the end of the decade of 1990 by
Daniel Godman, in his book named “ Emotional intelligence” (1997). It is said that
the above mentioned term arose from the psychology orgnizacional inmersed in
motivational theories with the only goal of explaining how to achieve a really
succesfull perfomance in the labor area.
PHASES:
1) It should select the candidates who have been poseessing them recently.
ADVANTAGES: The emotional skills are very valued for the Company, since if we
have them we will help to reduce the labor conflicts. In one hand we will have
increased the success of the equipments of work, and in the other hand we will
have improve the climate of work. We could say that the technicall skills not
always are accompanied of emotional skills. People who have had an emotional
domain are accoustume to have more succes in his life that that not.
TYPES: The emotional intelligence understand two intelligences; the personal and
the social one, each of which has been formed by different capacities, We can be
