OBJECTIVES
● Measurable & quantifiable results and outcome

● Typically cascades down from the top

● Ambitious, uncomfortable, growth-focused

EXAMPLE
Launch a Marketing Event on December 10
and get at least 100 attendees and 10
qualified leads

Key Results: The “How”

KEY RESULTS
● 3-5 measurable results to achieve the objective

● Two (2) types:


○ Milestone - measured, not quantified
○ Metric - quantifiable, includes a unit
