A: Good morning welcome to Mabe. How are you today?

S: Good morning. I’m fine, thank you. And you?

A: I’m OK. How would you describe yourself as a person?
S: I’m an industrial engineer, I consider myself very perfectionist. Usually I pay a lot of
attention to all the details, and like to be sure that everything is just right.
I’m efficient and organized, this helps me to be more productive. I’m very good at solving
problems in a creative and innovative way.
And I’m trained in the use of several software like Bloomberg, Excel, Power point, and
Word.
A: I see... so what type of position are you looking for?
S: I’m looking to gain some experience either in the production or logistics field.
A: And are you interested in a full-time or part-time position?
S: I’m interested in a full-time position. I am fond of committing myself to my work so I
can offer better results.
A: OK, that sounds good. Can you tell me about your responsibilities at your last job?
S: To be honest this would be my first job, I can talk about my experience in practice if you
like…
A: Go ahead…
S: I did my practice in Formapol SAS, in this company I was in charge of directing the
entire geoblock production line. Therefore, I can say I have have some experienced in the
production field.
A: What is your greatest stregnth?
S: I’m excellent at working under pressure. When there is a deadline, I’m capable of focus
on the task and structure my work schedule well.
A: Well, and what about your greatest weakness?
S: I tend to spend a lot of time perfecting my projects before delivering them, however. I
began setting time limits for myself to avoid over-analyzing them.
A: All right. And why do you want to work for us?
S: Mabe is a recognized company in the market, so for me it would be a pleasure to be part
of it. I think it would contribute a lot to my growth as a professional.
A: That’s true. However, why should we hire you?
S: Three reasons: I meet deadlines, I deliver on what I promised, and as a result I always
make my managers to be proud of me.
A: You nailed it. What can you contribute to the company?
S: I’m experienced in the areas this company needs to grow, and my ability to plan ahead
will help facilitate that growth.
A: A few more questions and we finish. What motivates you most at work?
S: I want to excel and to be successful in my job, both for my own personal satisfaction and
for my employer.
A: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
S: My goal right now is to find a position at a company where I can grow and take on new
challenges over time. Ultimately, I’d like to assume more management responsibilities and
get involved in product strategy. But most importantly, I want to work for an organization
where I can build a career.
A: The last one. When can you begin?
S: Immediately.
A: Nice to meet you.
S: It’s nice to meet you too.
A: Goodbye.
S: Goodbye.
