Operating Instructions for Conditioning

Chamber

Description: -

This unit is used for determining the standard

temperature & humidity of product in various

environment conditions. We use stainless steel

in manufacturing the inner body of these

chambers. Further, the chamber has a

stainless steel water tank at the bottom and an

immersed heater is fitted to the tank for

making humidity. Two Steel mesh trays are

also fitted with the chamber. These trays are

removable and hold the specimen.

Furthermore, the instrument has a hinged door

at front side having a glass window. To avoid

corrosion and enhance the life of the chamber,

it is manufactured using mild steel, which is

duly powder coated. The chamber also has a

control panel fitted with digital humidity

controller, digital temperature and indicators

for cooling, heating and mains. The cooling

process is done by compressor and heating is

carried out by the heaters. These temperature

and humidity sensor are fitted within the

chamber.

It is double walled in construction inner made

of stainless steel outer made of mild steel duly

Insulated with high grade glass wool insulation

of 3” thickness. Front opening door with gasket

for easy access.

Environmental friendly “CFC” free cooling

system is provided for cooling with safety of

delay timer to avoid foreign mishandling.

Stainless Steel tubular air heater is provided

for heating.

Working

1. Place the unit at a clean and leveled area

near the power supply point.

2. Fill Water Tank.

3. Connect Power cable of machine to Servo

Stabilizer.

4. Connect Power Supply to Servo Stabilizer.

5. Set your desire temperature on PID Temp.

controller.

6. Set Desired humidity on Humidity

Controller.

7. After Desired range archived place sample

in condition chamber.

8. Switch off machine after use.

9. Drain water from water tank

Safety Instruction

The Power should be 230 V Ac +/- 10%, 50 Hz

strictly.

Place the unit in leveled area always.
