Try this simple test to see how successful you are in life, how balanced you are and also whether you
are living according to your own preferred priorities.
Your total score will be out of 100. To get the greatest value from this test it is important to be
brutally honest with yourself otherwise you will not benefit.
Each area will give you a score out of ten. Compare the scores in each area to test your balance.
Before commencing, list from one to ten the priorities you want to have in your life then when you
have completed the test compare your scores out of ten with your previous list of priorities. You may
get a surprise!
This information provides valuable feedback on where to adjust your time, energy and thoughts to
improve your life.
Another valuable exercise is to complete the test again in three months or more to assess your
improvement.
Score yourself with either a nil, one or two for each question. Although the context of the questions
vary somewhat most of them will fit the following formats - if not I'm sure you will get the idea.
Rarely or No0
Sometimes or In-between1
Often or Yes2
N.B. This questionnaire is a guide only and is not intended to represent ultimate truth!
If any question offends you or does not fit into your value system feel free to modify it to represent
the 'intent' of the question.
