Show a video clip presentation to the learners about how Science
and Technology help making our life be more progressive.
Let the learners pay attention to the video being presented on the
electronic learning resources. (PowerPoint # 3)
Ask:
What can you tell about the video being presented?
Do all the things you’ve seen on the video help make us live easy?
How many of you have mobile phone, laptop, tablets etc.?
How many computer shops we have here in our own town Palompon?
How about the trending Peso Wifi have you try it?
How many Peso Wifi have you seen in our town or in your barangay?
Jose Rizal discovered and named some animals. How does naming
animals help us?
What are the uses of giving a scientific name to each animal?
One of the technological contributions that Dr. Jose Rizal made is
the waterway in Dapitan. What do you think are the benefits that
those in Dapitan received from this technological innovation?
Give what are these benefits.
What are the good things brought to human kind by Science and
Technology?
Is it better living on a world with science and technology? Why?
Group the learners into two or three, each group will write their
answers on the cartolina regarding about the questions being flash on
slide 36 or module pp. 21.
Give learners the different House Rules in doing the activity.

helped improve your way of living?

List down who invented that things?
Why did he/she invent that?
Using Microsoft word, encode your answers on a short bond paper, print
a picture of the inventor and his/her famous contribution. Put your print
out hard copy on short bond paper.
