Antara Senior Living, a fully owned subsidiary of the Max India Group is focused on people
over the age of sixty. The first initiative of Antara was to create vibrant residential
communities that offer “Lifestyle with Life care”. Due to the fast-changing social milieu,
the concept of Senior Living presents a rapidly growing yet inadequately tapped business

JOB PURPOSE – Why does this role exist in the organization?

To work on a variety of strategic business functions at organization level ranging from


growth initiatives, business reporting, business plan development for new initiatives,
market research, competitive due diligence and special initiatives

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Plan Development: Candidate will be required to undertake


business analysis and should be proficient in preparation of investment
grade financial business models for evaluation of various business ideas.
This also requires candidate to have a sound industry and business sense

and the ability to undertake in-depth industry research to evaluate various
business ideas in depth. Candidate will also be required to be able to
prepare detailed notes / power point decks to present the data in high
quality presentation.

Business program tracking: Candidate will be expected to program


manage the execution of a new business plans through various

stakeholders taking initiative and problem-solving various challenges
which may arise.

Special Projects: Candidates as part of strategy assignments will be


expected to get directly involved with different functional units and actively
3 contribute in such special projects as per directions from the management.
Such projects could entail the setting up of new business ideas and growth
opportunities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualification:

1. MBA from a premier school with about 4-6 years of experience of working in
growth & strategy, corporate finance, business transformation or program
management cell undertaking similar works.
2. Experience in premier real estate organizations or real estate consultancy firm is
highly preferred.
3. Experience of working in hospitality/technology/ecommerce/logistics start-ups
will be a bonus.

 High level of professionalism and demonstrated ability to handle confidential
information accordingly is crucial in this role
