Hazard Analysis Tool

job step, the hazards present with each step, and then identify the safeguards to eliminate or mitigate each of the hazards.
Use the common safeguards list to help identify safeguards for each of the hazards. Put an "X" in each box that applies and
transfer those safeguards to the "specific safeguards" sections of the JLA above.
