Major Plate # 1: HIGH RISE MIXED USED CONDOMINIUM BUILDING

Due to the urban sprawl of the 20th century, Architect’s & allied Profession are forced to
upwards rather than sideways in any given site. Quick Population growth in Metro Manila gives the
problem of high daytime population that causes high traffic density during rush hours and onwards.

Considering the high demand of workers in Bonifacio Global City, close proximity settlement is
in demand with a careful consideration focusing on environmentally friendly and daily lifestyle of the
working people. The company Carbon Atoma Enterprise is rearing up to invest into high rise
condominium building for the workers of BGC.

As a designer/Architect you are task to come up with a plan of a 40 story mixed use
condominium building and a mall complex. It will be located in the vicinity of BGC to cater and give the
amenities to the community around the building.

Design Considerations as follows

 Design of structure / building shall be aesthetically pleasing on all directions considering the
site’s orientation.

 Design must comply with the current code implemented by the Republic of the Philippines.

 The site’s majority should be utilized for landscape rather than pavements.

 There must be (2) two additional lower level for parking spaces and equipment.

 The mall can only occupy (4) four level above ground level.

 Environmentally sensitive in Design & Materials

 There must be at least (1) one level of parking for occupants of the condominium units.
