Go to Timesheet > Purge > choose the Date Covered that needs to be First Last
purged. Close the Bio Office and open it again, Re-download the attlog
and then try to generate the report.

 II. How do I assign and unassign an employee?

Software: Mustard Seed Time and Attendance Management System

Bio Office
Assigning and Unassigning are used to synchronize the data needed by Bio
Office with Biometric. However, before doing it, you must have the list of
employees in the employee section.

FOR PROPER UNASSIGNING

Go to

Employee > View Employee List > Highlight the employee that you’re going
to unassign > Make sure that the FPrint Assigned status is NO.

Using a flash drive, download the data needed like user.dat and
attlog.dat.
Go to

Device Management > Other Function > USB Connectivity

Select Flash Disk Drive of flash drive, then refresh. Make sure that the
data retrieved from the USB is for ZK devices, then

Analyze Device Location > Check if the device is assigned > Analyze
User Staff
 Here, you’ll see the staff ID of employees registered on the biometric.
The IN USED column status is NO. To change it to YES, highlight the

Staff ID > Assign > Select the same ID of the employee > double click
and click yes > Refresh the list

Repeat the process for other staff IDs.

 III. How to download data through LAN?

Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center >
Adapter Settings >

Right click the Local Area Connection > Properties > IPv4 > Properties

Input the IP needed. Then click OK.

Biometric Menu > Comm > change the IP address then click OK.

 IV. How to compute the Overtime and Undertime?

 Software: Mustard Seed Time and Attendance Management System

Solution: The computation for Overtime and Undertime is 60 (minutes)

multiplied by the decimal value in the column of Overtime or Undertime.
Whole numbers will be read in hours.

Example:
OT = 0.15
UT = 0.13

60 x 0.15 = 9 (minutes)
OT = 0 hour and 9 minutes

60 x 0.13 = 7.8 round it up to 8 (minutes)

UT = 0 hour and 8 minutes

 V. ZK connection failed.

Right click the Mustard Seed Time and Attendance shortcut and then
open the file location and then run the DLL Fix for ZK.

 VI. The report generated was completely blank, what should I do?

Solution: Right click the Mustard Seed Time and Attendance shortcut and
open the file location, and then run CR85Fix.

  VII. The application was running on processes but cannot be seen on the
taskbar, what should I do?

Software: Mustard Seed Time and Attendance Management System

1st Option: Run in Administrator mode

2nd Option: Right click Computer

Properties > Advanced System Settings > Advanced > Performance >
Settings > Data Execution Prevention

Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select

Add > Local Disk C > MseedBioOffice > MseedBioOffice Application > Apply

Lastly, restart your computer to apply the changes, then launch Mustard
Seed Bio Office

3rd Option: The problem might be caused by a corrupted database or

deletion/editing of some files on the MSeedBioOffice folders. You must re-
install the Mustard Seed software again.
