Key Responsbilities :-
 To monitor the operation of Arc furnace of 15tons,10 tons, 20 tons,8tons and induction furnance of 3tons for the
preparation of liquid metal for the production of casting.
 Checking the chemical composition by following the spectro analysis report from the lab.
 Control over the temperature of the liquid bath inside the furnance by using thermocouple.
 Monitoring the tapping process at the suitable conditions.
 Taking the ladle to the moulding section and monitoring the teeming process.
 Overall to look after the entire melting process i.e from charge preparation,ladle preparation, inspecting furnance
lining and man power handling.
