On Monday the 09th of August 2016, in connection with case OB 999/2016,


LARCENY BREAKING. I accompanied declarant Mrs. Julia Robert, aged 27yr,
self Employed to Mongelard Street, Rose Belle, where I visited the locus in the
present case. There reaching I found the dwelling house of declarant which is
made of blocks and concrete and approached the made entrance of the said
house. Mrs. Julia Roberts showed to me the main entrance which was forced
open when she called thereat on 09/08/2016 at 10.10 hrs. I saw the said door
made of metal and panes of windows fitted to it measuring 1 Mt 90 cm by 90
cm was forced open from its right. I also noticed that there was scratch mark
on the door which is painted white. A rusty metal bar measuring two and half
feet in length was found lying near the front door and which does not belong
to declarant. Same was secured as exhibit. Mrs. Julia Roberts then brought me
to her living room and she pointed to me a spot on the TV furniture where the
declarant alleged a TV set, make: High sense, color: Black, size: 34 and DVD
player make: Sony, Color: Black were kept, but same were missing. In fact, no
such TV set and DVD player were found thereat. Furthermore the declarant
brought me to her bedroom where she pointed to me a wardrobe comprising
of three partitions which was wide open and the key was in the keyhole. All

clothes were found scattered in the room and on the bed. She also showed to
me a drawer on the floor coming from the aforesaid wardrobe where she
alleged having kept two necklaces, one ring, two pairs of earring, all made of
gold and amounting to a sum of Rs 20,000/-. In fact I noticed all the mess in
the room and no jewels as mentioned were found. A search was carried out in
the vicinity to look for clues but no avail. Several persons were questioned in
the neighbourhood but no reliable information obtained. Scene of crime
officers and police dogs attended.
