INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint

originally filed by the offended party, accuses SUNSHINE P. QUARESMA of
the crime of QUALIFIED THEFT, committed as follows:

That on or about April to June 2015, in the City of Makati, Metro

Manila, Philippines, within the jurisdiction of this court, the said accused
then and there the Accounting Assistant of plaintiff ABC Corporation, Inc.
(hereinafter referred to as “ABC” and/or the “Company”), and as such
employee been in charge of collecting lease rentals from ABC’s client DFE
Cortes through the latter’s representative named Missy Chua, did and
there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously, with grave abuse of confidence,
with intent of gain and without the consent of the owner thereof, take,
steal, and carry away from the said Company, the following described
property: advance rental payments with the total value of Php FOUR
HUNDRED THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO 88/100 (Php 400,
952.88), to the damage and prejudice of the said Company.
