 Check the accuracy and quality of work at the site with random inspections.
 Prepare the bill of quantities.
 Check the steel reinforcement, scaffolding, slump of concrete etc.
 Use the surveying instruments.
 Columns, Beams, Raft Foundation, Shall Roof, Trench.
 Coordinate all site inspections with Resident Engineer.
 Prepare the Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
 Daily Reporting to Project Manager. Provide pro-active planning & schedule support in
accordance with company procedures
