Greetings!

We, regular-permanent SHS Teachers of Dagohoy National High School, are writing this
letter to request for permission to attend the two days National Seminar Workshop on
Recalibrating Action Research to be held at Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon, City
on the 24th and 25th of November, 2018 sponsored by the Centre for Human Research and
Development Foundation (CHRDF) Inc.. As you must be aware, the seminar-workshop
would discuss the benefits of action research, teaches us how to prepare a topic, gather
and analyze the data, and utilize the research findings. The said seminar is very useful as
per our profile as teachers as we are required to make classroom-based action research,
and this is the reason we are keenly interested in attending it.

Attached herewith is the invitation letter from CHRDF together with the Program Matrix
for your reference.
