serve as an influencer and a catalyst of fellow students, and of
teachers to effect positive organizational change.

award is known or is popular for having consistently extended a

VOLUNTEERISM AWARD Is given to the student who always make himself/herself available for
activities in the school. The recipient of this award contributes time
and effort to help his fellow students and even faculty members
whenever they need a helping hand.

TEACHER OF THE YEAR Is given to the professor who has visibly shown leadership, dedication,
and commitment to the advancement of the students whole-rounded
being. The recipient has consistently motivated students and has
consistently given them learning opportunities. The recipient of this
award has shown outstanding performance as witnessed by students,
co-faculty, and staff.

TEACHING EXCELLENCE Is given to the teacher who has visibly shown mastery in class
facilitation and delivery of instruction. The recipient of this award is
always on-time, not just in class, but also submitting requirement by
the College.

SERVICE EXCELLENCE Is given to the teacher who has visibly shown to walk the extra mile for
