STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

If one were to ask me to describe me, I would define myself as a

“DEVELOPING” person. Everyday is a new day for me as life gives me an
opportunity to learn each day either positive or negative as the case may be.
That is how I value add to my experience from my achievements and from my
mistakes, as well. One of my most distinguishing characteristics is the
diversity of experiences I possess. I am a science student with a flair for the
innovation. I am a men with good general knowledge and decision making
skills. I am not only passionate about badminton, but also I relish trekking to
the mountains. All these elements have given me a very broad outlook, with
varying degrees of knowledge in a range of topics. I strongly believe that
although some are not related directly, all these qualities have influenced my
work and my thought process.

My Engineering degree has given a strong foundation to my analytical skills

since Civil Engineering involves a lot of long, complex and intricate
calculations and the application of basic Mathematics and Science skills. Over
the past six years as an Auditor, I have been working with Jindal Steel and
power limited, one of the largest Steel and power producer in the country. I
am also the part of corporate strategy team for last 3 years. My job was to
evaluate every procurement and every financial transaction on basis my data
collection, analytical skill in best interest of the company.

Together we were able to bring back our organization out of hard time by
application of general skills and evaluative decisions, for which i was
certificate of exceptional performer in Jan 2015 and best executive for 2016-
17 and was assigned as team leader for last 2 years and was also promoted
in present year2018. I then opted for MBA in Business analytics and corporate
strategy at Jindal global business school. it has been these experiences that
have shaped the person that I am today.

I believe that this unique blend of experiences has made me a person with an
extensive view points. This blend has given me a broader perspective, a good
understanding of life and a goal to aim for. Among other things, I have this
diversity of experience to offer your University. My most substantial
accomplishment has been the success of the various projects that I have
managed at JSPL where I have been working at various positions since 2012.

During my journey at JSPL i have successfully completed each project

assigned to me by the management.

JSPL has sharpened my Skills by providing the opportunity to work with

BHEL, Accenture, PBO and many others. Working together i have learned
about different cultures and the ways to handle disputes.

The pursuit for knowledge has been the supreme goal in my life. We are in
an era of global and technological changes where boundaries are fast
disappearing and the greatest challenge tomorrow holds for us is to manage
continuity of change. I feel that by taking post-graduate studies in
Management in an International University, I would be able to venture out into
various domains. It would also help me to learn global standards and become
aware of the worldwide competition, which I consider would enable me to
contribute towards the larger business goals of any organization I serve for.

corporate strategy with its commitment to foster intellectual excellence is
remarkable and attractive to embark upon.

I look forward to a challenging career inline to my Organization’s Goal which

may even be rigors and demanding at times but I am confident that with my
sincerity and dedication, I will be able to make a meaningful contribution to my
organization’s progress and live up to the expected high standards.

Given an opportunity, I shall strive to channel my unbridled efforts into more
