Plaxis 3D -  Company to advise the tie beam coring data (4 points) and tie beam - bored pile
B-84555-MA- connection (6 point), Company to provide the data (if any). Tie beam rebar calculation
SS0-DRT-JY-00- that is available on document "Bore Pile Verification using Plaxis 3D" (B-84555-MA-
0001 SS0-DRT-JY-00-0001) page 164 stated that some of tie beam bars are inadequate.
Hence, strengthening of tie beams may be needed. Therefore, refer to Ref.1 page 49,
this may cover as an additional work.

Ref. 1 : Exhibit C Contractor verification work shall include but not limited to:

Endorsement  Frame fender AFC drawing (B-85001-MA-CC0-DDD-JY-00-0001) has been received in

Ref. 2 : Exhibit G calculation is needed for future verification.

d. Corrosion protection specification for frame fender structure (Coating Spec)

Clarification:
 Company to advise Standard Specification Document for coating as a reference.

e. Tie Beam Rebar development length calculation for Fixed Head Type Connection
Clarification:
 Tie beam rebar calculation that is available on document "Bore Pile Verification using
Plaxis 3D" (B-84555-MA-SS0-DRT-JY-00-0001) page 164 stated that some of tie beam
bars are inadequate. Hence, strengthening of tie beams may be needed. Therefore,
refer to Ref.1 page 49, this may cover as an additional work.

f. Software for structure using STAAD PRO

Clarification:
 Company to provide soft file of STAAD PRO analysis for future verification.

g. Software for soil using 3D finite element (Plaxis 3D)

Clarification:
 Company to provide soft file for Plaxis 3D analysis for future verification.

On Ref.1, states that:

1. Tie rods are severely deteriorated (+ 50% from total 144 nos tie-rods are considered
fail as per Tie-Rods Assessment Report by OEE/AI).
2. Mooring bollards are failed, and currently using temporary bollards.
3. Sheet piles are severely corroded.

Clarification:
 Company may subject to additional work regarding tie-rods, mooring bollards, or sheet
piles that may need to be replaced.
