barriers when it comes to
leveraging digital tools for
instruction. The districts need to
vet digital content and tools
efficiently and desire to access

demonstrates how to incorporate
personalized learning into daily
instructional practices
effectively.
PLP is fluid and can change when
needed if all parties agree. The
weakness is the PLP may change
too frequently. What will be done,
when the student is unable to
stay on track and accomplish the
agreed upon learning goal?
