Reflection: To make sure the technology professional development plan aligned with the school’s
instructional vision, I met with the School Improvement Special to present the data of the needs-
assessment. We aligned the needs of the teachers with the goals of the school. This helped me tailor the
sessions to embed targeted instructional strategies within the sessions.

Reflection: The Super Saturday took place from 9:00 am – 12:30 pm, but I arrived at 8 am and left a 1 pm
to ensure that everything ran smoothly. This event offered 4 sessions for participants to choose from.

Reflection: Because of the low attendance, I met with the administrators and School Improvement
Specialist to brainstorm a solution to offer Super Saturday on another Saturday or at another time. The
School Improvement Specialist suggested for me to plan the next Teacher Workday, which would occur
on January 18.
