Please be informed that South Luzon Cavite Area through Dasmariñas Team has extended its agreement
with HOCHENG PHILIPPINES CORPORATION to cater their inbound shipments. LBC branches nationwide
shall accept their entries (A3 size bond papers), entry forms and cd file with envelop or packaging.

HOCHENG PHILIPPINES CORPORATION has continuously patronized LBC as their official courier business
partner.

Guidelines and Procedures:

1. This is a competition / scholarship which are open to 3rd – 4thlevel BS Architecture students
nationwide to go outside the box and create masterpieces that are helpful in the rural
communities.
2. ArchiNEXT, in partnership with the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) and the Council of
Deans and Heads of Architecture Schools in the Philippines (CODHASP), is a two-part program
made up of a competition and scholarship.
3. This year’s challenge is ANYUHAY, an Adaptive Reuse towards Structural Rebirth.
4. Contestants will visit the nearest LBC branch to send their entries. Design stage will start from
September 1, 2018 and the deadline of submission of entries shall be on December 31, 2018.
5. For the students / contestant to be eligible, they must present the following;

 School ID (should be currently 3rd – 4th year Architect student)

 Photocopy of ArchiNEXT entry form

6. All LBC Branches will process the entries as Day 1 shipment using our published rate through
CAMSfor Charge basis. Make sure that the entries are unfolded, free from stains.
7. A copy of Official Receipts (Reprinted OR) shall be issued to Contestants. This will serve as proof
that they have already sent their entries.
8. LBC accepting Associate must ensure that the entries from the contestants are sealed and
labeled properly. (Name of the Contestant).
9. All accepted shipments should have the following details:

 10. All Shippers’ Copy must be forwarded to the respective Area Head Office for validation,
consolidation and preparation of Billing Invoice.

11. All Billing Invoices with complete attachments must be forwarded to GTS01 – LBC
ManggahanBranch at 9072 C.M. Delos Reyes St. Manggahan, General Trias, Cavite c/oMs.
