Grazie per aver scaricato questa piccola guida che speriamo possa esserti di aiuto nelle fasi iniziali del tuo
ERASMUS, per cominciare a capire come funziona la TUA nuova città: ROMA!! Stai per iniziare il BEST YEAR
OF YOUR LIFE nel quale conoscerai centinaia di amici da tutta Europa, un’esperienza che non scorderai mai
e che terrai sempre custodita nel tuo cuore!!
Ci presentiamo, noi siamo l’associazione erasmus S.P.Q.E. - Senatus Popolusque Erasmus. Il nostro
nome deriva da SPQR: Senatus Popolusque Romanus: Il senato del popolo Romano, acronimo che
troverete per tutta la città Roma e che la rappresenta nella sua lunga storia!! La città di Roma si appresta a
ricevere i nuovi erasmus europei, si appresta a diventare la nuova casa per molti erasmus, per questo:

La nostra associazione vuole aiutare, far incontrare e divertire gli studenti europei aderenti
al programma ERASMUS per TUTTE le università di Roma. Alle nostre attività partecipano gli
studenti erasmus di tutta europa, e altri studenti stranieri di diversi programmi di intercambio
e gli studenti italiani che sono attirati dallo spirito erasmus, molti di loro ex-erasmus!!!
Il nostro obiettivo è quello di aiutare gli erasmus a rendere ancora più indimenticabile il loro
anno a Roma, di facilitare i rapporti tra studenti locali e studenti stranieri, di valorizzare la
mobilità europea tra i giovani, di incrementare l’accoglienza della città di Roma in modo da
far sentire ogni studente Erasmus a CASA PROPRIA!!

Senatus Popolusque Erasmus. Our name comes from SPQR: Senatus
Populusque Romanus:
The Senate of the Roman people, an acronym that you will find in all the city of
Rome, and it represents its long history! The city of Rome is preparing to
receive new European Erasmus, it is preparing to become the new home for
many Erasmus, for this reason: Senatus Popolusque ERASMUS SPQE
Our association wants to help, to meet and to entertain all the Europeans
Erasmus students from all the universities of Rome, that are hosted in one of
the universities of Rome. Our activities are international and opened to all the
interested students: Erasmus students, other students of various interchange
programs and Italians students who are attracted by the spirit of Erasmus, many
of them ex-erasmus!
Our goal is to make more unforgettable the Erasmus year in Rome for all the
Erasmus students, to facilitate relationships between locals students and
foreigners students, to enhance mobility among European youth, to increase the
chance to make fell every Erasmus student at home in Rome!
Chi è S.P.Q.E.? Siamo un gruppo di studenti di diverse università (La Sapienza, Tor
Vergata, Roma 3, Lumsa, Luiss). Negli anni passati abbiamo vissuto l’indimenticabile
esperienza dell’erasmus in diverse parti di europa (Spagna, Polonia, Portogallo, Inghilterra)
ed al ritorno a Roma abbiamo voluto mantenere attivo il nostro SPIRITO ERASMUS
aiutando tutti gli erasmus di Roma a vivere a pieno questa magnifica esperienza!!! Durante
l’anno organizziamo feste, viaggi, aperitivi, visite guidate per Roma, botellon.
Inoltre, per facilitare ulteriormente il vostro arrivo a Roma abbiamo attivato due nuovi

Studenti Romani si offrono per aiutare un Incoming Student durante i suoi primi giorni a
Roma, prima ancora che trovi la sua stanza. Ti ospitano su un sofà a casa loro per qualche
giorno, in attesa di trovare casa e ti aiutano a cercare la stanza del tuo erasmus!!! Un
piccolo grande aiuto per il momento più complesso: LA RICERCA DELLA CASA!
Tandem: Unisciti adesso!
Tutor Erasmus - Tandem è un programma esclusivo di SPQE. Esso permette non solo di
imparare le nuove lingue, migliorare quelle conosciute, ma soprattutto conoscere le nuove
persone ed espandere i propri orizzonti attraverso INTERCAMBI LINGUISTICI
Who is S.P.Q.E.? We are a group of students from different universities (La

Sapienza, Tor Vergata, Roma 3, Lumsa, LUISS). Some year ago we
lived an unforgettable Erasmus experience in different parts of Europe
(Spain, Poland, Portugal, England) and, once in Rome, we wanted to
maintain our SPIRIT Erasmus helping all the foreigners students in Rome
to enjoy this wonderful experience! During the year we organize
festivals, travel, drinks, Rome tours, Botellón.
In addition, to simplify the arrival in Rome we activated two new important services:

Romans students offer their help to an Incoming Student
during the first days in Rome before he found his room. They host you in a
sofa at home for a few days, waiting to find a house and they help you
to search the room of your Erasmus! A little big help for the moment

Lo spirito ERASMUS – Giulio Cesare:
In queste poche righe abbiamo citato più volte lo spirito
erasmus ma che cos’è? La domanda corretta è Chi è lo
spirito erasmus!! Lo spirito erasmus è un amico invisibile
che ti sarà vicino nel tuo anno di erasmus, è colui che
renderà le situazioni più difficili anche le più divertenti, è
colui che ti permetterà di imparare una lingua sconosciuta
in un tempo record, è colui che ti aiuta a fare amicizia, a
superare i tuoi limiti, a riuscire a fare in un anno di
erasmus molte più cose di quelle fatte finora nella tua
vita!! Lo spirito erasmus ti aiuta a guardare il lato magico
di ogni cosa, trasforma ogni imprevisto in un esperienza,
ogni persona in un amico! L’erasmus è uno studente
fortunato perché è sempre aiutato dallo spirito erasmus che
non lo lascia mai solo!!
A Roma lo spirito erasmus ha un nome,
noi di S.P.Q.E. lo chiamiamo GIULIO CESARE!!! C’è un
Giulio Cesare per ognuno di voi. Cesare vi aiuterà a trovare
casa, a fare amicizia, a fare gli esami all’università, ad
organizzare le feste..da oggi in poi lo spirito erasmus-

In these few lines we have mentioned several times the
ERASMUS spirit. What is it? The correct question is who is the
Erasmus spirit?! Erasmus spirit is an invisible friend that will be
close to you during your Erasmus. It’s the one that makes you
feel the most difficult situations in the most funny, it’s the one
that allow to learn a foreigner language in a record time, is the
one who helps you to find friends, to overcome your limits. It
makes you able to live more experience in a year of a Erasmus
than in all your life! The erasmus spirit helps you look at the
magical side of everything, it turns any unexpected in a good
experience, every person in a friend!
Erasmus is a lucky student because it is
always helped by the Erasmus spirit that never let him alone! In
Rome the Erasmus spirit has a name, in SPQE we call him

university, to organize parties….from now on .. erasmus spirit-

Sei appena arrivato a Roma. Indipendentemente dal mezzo con cui arrivi: treno o aereo ti consigliamo di
raggiungere la zona TERMINI di Roma, e di cercare un ostello da quelle parti.
Aeroporto Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino):
Una volta atterrato prendi il treno ―Leonardo Express‖ direttamente dall’aeroporto (terminal 2) ed in 30 minuti sarai
a stazione termini (15 €)

In taxi Roma Fiumicino-Termini ha una tariffa fissa di 40 € da accordi con il comune tra le 08:00 e le 22:00.

Fuori dal terminal diversi servizi navetta che vi porteranno direttamente a Roma Termini.

Taxi Fiumicino-Termini has a fixed charge of € 40by agreements with

Or by train from Ciampino to Roma Termini line FR4. We want to

recommend the bus, because you can take it directly inside the airport,
considering the probable weight of you baggage..
Se venite in treno siete già nel posto giusto: La stazione Termini.
Vicino la stazione ci sono moltissimi ostelli e pensioni a basso costo, ed inoltre la zona è collegatissima
con tutte le parti di Roma. Inoltre a 20 minuti a piedi oppure a 10 minuti con un bus potete
raggiungere Trastevere per prendere la vostra prima birra romana con gli altri ragazzi incontrati in
ostello nella vostra prima notte erasmus. Da Termini sarà facile muoverti con la metro per raggiungere
l’università, qualsiasi essa sia, e cominciare la ricerca della stanza!! Vicino termini vi suggeriamo
questi 3 hostels che sono molto economici (meno di 20 euro):

Se invece preferite cercare un ostello-pensione direttamente vicino la vostra università eccovi altri

Fate attenzione se vi propongono il pacchetto mezza pensione! Starete tutto il giorno in giro e non
avrete modo di mangiare all’albergo. Quindi prendete solo la colazione, che di solito è già inclusa nel
costo della notte. Se non è inclusa fate colazione fuori. In un bar cornetto più cappuccino
vi costa 1,80 € circa.
If you come by train you are already in place: The Termini station.
Near the station there are a lot of cheap hostels and boarding house, and furthermore, the area is well
connected with all parts of Rome. by 20 minutes walking or 10 minutes by bus you can reach Trastevere
a ―maravellous Roman zone‖ where you can take your first beer with the guys met in your hostel.
From Termini will be easy to move with Metro to reach all the university, whatever it is, and begin
the research the room! Near Termini we suggest three hostels that are Very cheap (less than 20 euro)

Be careful if Hostal offer half-board package! You will stay all

the day occupied in room research..so you will not have time to eat at the hotel.
Then take only breakfast, which is usually included in the cost of the night. If it is not
Included have breakfast outside. Croissant in a bar and a cappuccino
costs 1.80 € approx.

La metropolitana di Roma è composta principalmente di due linee (A e B) di lunghezza complessiva di
36,5 km. La rete è comunque integrata da alcuni servizi ferroviari urbani e suburbani che permettono un
maggior collegamento all’interno della città. La rete romana ha molto da invidiare alla metro di altre capitali
europee come Parigi, Londra, Madrid e Berlino. È infatti sottodimensionata rispetto alla grandezza della
città. Ciò nonostante per gli spostamenti ―tipici‖ che possono interessare un erasmus è una rete più che
sufficiente a soddisfare i suoi scopi.

La linea A (linea ARANCIONE) taglia obliquamente la città da nord-ovest a sud-est. Ha attualmente 27
stazioni ed i suoi capolinea sono Battistini (zona Boccea) e Anagnina (zona Osteria del Curato). È lunga 19
km. Collega Termini con La Sapienza (Policlinico) e Tor Vergata (Anagnina).
La linea B (linea BLU) taglia la città da nord-est a sud, i suoi capolinea sono Rebibbia (nei pressi
dell'omonimo istituto penitenziario) e Laurentina (subito a est del quartiere dell'EUR) ed ha in totale 22
stazioni. È lunga 19 km.Collega Termini con Roma 3 (Basilica di San Paolo).
La FRECCIA DEL MARE O "Linea del Lido" va dalla stazione Roma Porta San Paolo fino al limite
sud del quartiere balneare di Ostia Lido, completamente all'interno del territorio del comune di Roma.
Collega Roma con il Mare e la pineta importante per le feste in spiaggia, i pic nic, lo sport all’area aperta e
per le belle giornate che vi capiterà di passare all’area aperta durante il vostro anno di ERASMUS.
Al lato della stazione Termini vi è il capolinea della tratta "Laziali-Pantano" (conosciuta anche come
"Roma-Pantano"), una linea ferroviaria dalle caratteristiche tranviarie in sede propria che segue il tracciato
della via Casilina fino al confine del comune di Roma. Passa vicino a San Lorenzo. Ottima per chi vive sulla
casilina, perché permette di raggiungere con facilità e senza traffico (a differenza degli autobus) la stazione
termini, san lorenzo, e zone prossime all’università di TOR VERGATA. …
The Rome Metro is mainly composed of two lines (A and B) for total length of 36.5 km. The network is
still supplemented by some Urban and suburban rail services which allow a greater connection within the
city. The Roman system has much to envy to the metro-net of other European capitals such as Paris,
London, Madrid and Berlin. It is undersized compared to the size of the city. Nevertheless for "typical"
movements that can affect an Erasmus it is a sufficient network sufficient to meet its goals.
Line A (orange line) cuts obliquely the city from north-west to south- East. Currently has 27 stations

sunny days that you'll go to spent during your year of Erasmus in this zone of Rome.
Beside the central Termini station is the terminus of the "Lazio- Pantano "(also known as Roma-
Pantano '), a railway line from features in the tram's following the route of the Casilina to the border of
the town of Rome. Skip nearby San Lorenzo.
Perfect for those who live on casilina because it allows you to reach easily and without traffic (unlike the
bus) Termini Station, San Lorenzo, and areas near the University of Tor Vergata. …

… Da piazzale Flaminio (corrispondenza con la linea A), subito oltre piazza del Popolo, la linea Roma nord
porta, con frequenza tra 10 e 15 minuti, fino a Montebello con una totale di 14 stazioni. Questa linea
utilizza l'infrastruttura ferroviaria della linea regionale Roma-Civita Castellana-Viterbo. Da utilizzare per
le gite fuori porta che vi capiterà di fare nell’anno!! Non fatevi mancare una visita nella meravigliosa città

Popolo, Rome line north door, with a frequency between 10 and 15 minutes, until
Montebello with a total of 14 stations. This line uses

Gli autobus Romani:
Roma è piena di autobus e tram che sono distribuiti in modo capillare sul territorio. I principali snodi
sono: Termini, Tiburtina, Anagnina, Piazza Venezia, Anagnina, Largo Argentina. Funzionano anche la
notte.
Sul sito dell’ATAC (la società che gestisce il trapsorto urbano) potete calcolare i diversi itinerari e

Durante la notte una rete di AUTOBUS NOTTURNI (sigla N) sostituirà la metro. Uno dei nodi principali
per i notturni romani è Piazza Venezia.

- bits (€ 1.00) which lasts 75 minutes from stamping, valid for one
underground trip (you cannot leave a metro station and come back in another one
with same ticket, but you can get out from the metro and take a bus and vice
versa);
- big (€ 4.00) it is valid all the day, until 24.00, for a number
unlimited rides;
- BTI (€ 11.00) valid for three days by the date of stamping, or
until 24.00 on the third day including stamping, and
for unlimited number of trips;

ABBONAMENTO MENSILE GIOVANI E STUDENTI = 18 €/mese. È riservato agli studenti residenti
nel comune di roma, fino ai 26 anni. Sono però previste delle eccezioni per chi risulti essere in possesso di una borsa di studio.
Pertanto richiedendo alla segreteria della VOSTRA UNIVERSTITA’ OSPITANTE che accerti che siete destinatari di
una borsa di studio per il programma scorate erasmus, avrete diritto all’acquisto di tale abbonamento con tariffe
agevolate. Un piccolo suggerimento, in Italia spesso negli sportelli pubblici appena si chiede qualcosa di ―non standard‖
(come un abbonamento agevolato per stranieri) la cosa più frequente che vi sentirete dire è ―no, non si può fare‖.
Questo è un qualcosa tipico della cultura italiana.. però se insisterete, con un bel sorriso ed in maniera educata,
facendo leva sul fatto che siete studenti stranieri e che vi servirebbe proprio una mano vedrete che sarete presi in simpatia,
e allora per voi sarà fatto l’impossibile (anche questo è tipico della cultura italiana)…ecco che il vostro amico GIULIO CESARE vi sta dando una mano!!! 
ABBONAMENTO MENSILE ZONA 1 (è tutta la città di Roma) = 21 €/mese, vi da diritto a viaggi illimitati su: bus, tram, filobus e sulle metro A e B del Comune
di Roma (Metrebus Roma);- sui pullman CoTraL; sulle ferrovie regionali Met.Ro: Roma-Lido, Roma-Viterbo e Roma-Pantano; sui treni regionali Trenitalia (in 2^
classe). Ha validità per il mese solare indicato: es 01/0930/09 . quindi se arrivate dopo metà settembre o dopo metà febbraio vi suggeriamo di aspettare il mese

L’università di Tor Vergata è quella più lontana dal centro, e la zona universitaria è povera di locali. Vi consigliamo pertanto di cercare casa in zone
universitarie più centrali (castro pretorio, san giovanni, tuscolana) che sono comunque collegate con la linea A all’università. In questo modo la notte
vi sarà facile uscire tranquillamente dato che le distanze sono ridotte ed inoltre sono presenti molti autobus notturni che collegano queste zone con il
centro. Viceversa di giorno, con la metro aperta raggiungerete università rapidamente, nonostante la distanza. Prendere casa accanto l’università di
Tor Vergata vuol dire essere fuori dalla vita universitaria notturna (che si svolge a san lorenzo, san giovanni) e passare anche più di un ora sul
notturno per tornare casa ogni notte (attesa più trasporto).

The University of Rome "Tor Vergata" University is the second university of Rome, with
date of foundation in 1982. The faculties are located in a large park, between the GRA and the

the center, and the area University of rooms is poor. We consider to find a house in
areas most central university (castro Praetorian, St. John, tuscolana) that are still connected with
line university. In this way the night as you will leave quietly because the distances are reduced
and there are also many night buses that connect these areas with center. Conversely day, metro
open universities reach rapidly, despite the distance. Take home near the University of Tor
Vergata means being out of university life at night (which held in San Lorenzo, San Giovanni) and
spend more than an hour on the night to return home every night (waiting plus shipping).

Ok, sono a Roma, so dove si trova l’ostello, credo di
aver capito dove si trova l’università, se muoio di
fame posso chiedere una pizza e sarò sazio…….ma ora?
Dove dormo? Ma soprattutto, dove cerco casa?
In che zona? E come faccio? La città è così grande e
io non la conosco e poi non parlo una parola di italiano,
e poi sono solo, e poi..e poi..e poi!!!! Aiutoooo!!!! !!!ALT!!!
Queste domande ti perseguitano?? Non ti preoccupare,
siamo sicuri che ce la farai, perché da quando sei atterrato/a a
Roma il tuo amico GIULIO CESARE (lo Spirito erasmus) è in tua
compagnia e ti darà una mano, soprattutto in questo momento!!! Lo spirito erasmus GIULIO CESARE ti sarà

Nel mese di settembre /febbraio recandovi alla vostra università vedrete che le bacheche, i muri ed i pali della
luce saranno letteralmente invasi da miriadi di annunci!! Vi consigliamo di recarvi alle bacheche sul presto
(tra le 08:00 e le 09:00) per essere i primi a telefonare ed a prendere un appuntamento per vedere la casa!P
ortate al vostro seguito questo KIT di GIULIO CESARE:
• Cellulare con scheda italiana carica (con una 20 di euro almeno) (maggiori info in seguito)
• Agendina nel quale segnare le case e gli appuntamenti (dopo 10 minuti avrete almeno 6
appuntamenti di case da vedere)
• Una mappa di Roma o un navigatore satellitare sul cellulare(per raggiungere le varie case)
• Un sorriso smagliante!!

Dopo pochi minuti imparerete a riconoscere un annuncio valido da uno meno valido. A seconda della zona i costi possono variare, e anche di molto, di

Spesso trovare una stanza può essere più difficile rispetto ad un appartamento, proprio perché le stanze sono
richieste da tutti!! Allora vi diamo un suggerimento: se trovate annunci di appartamenti con 2-3 o più stanze
cercate qualche altro studente erasmus che voglia condividere l’affitto con voi ed ecco che rapidamente avrete
risolto il problema casa!! (ovviamente prima chiedete un appuntamento per vedere di che appartamento si parla..)
Se vi piace a questo punto dovete iniziare la ricerca dei compagni di casa.
Il metodo più rapido: scrivete sulla pagina Facebook di SPQE:
che avete trovato un appartamento da condividere e lasciate il vostro numero di telefono con scritto di chiamare subito, vedrete che dopo pochi minuti

Marconi: Zona ricca di studenti. L’affitto delle stanze è abbastanza economico. La zona è ben collegata, infatti è costruita sopra la
linea B della metropolitana. Con 10 minuti di bici o di Autobus arrivate tranquillamente a Testaccio. In 15 invece a Trastevere e Campo
de fiori. E’ una bella zona con molte piscine, campi sportivi e biblioteche. (ROMA 3!!)
Testaccio: è il cuore popolare di Roma. Gli affitti sono più cari (singola dai 400 ai 500), ma se volete vivere il vostro anno erasmus a
contatto diretto con la gente romana non c’è posto migliore. A pochi metri da piramide è ben collegata con tutti i punti principali di
Roma. (ROMA 3 + SAPIENZA)
San Lorenzo: E’ certamente la zona migliore per uscire la sera per fare aperitivi, bere birra, chiacchierare in piazza, fare botellon. Ci
sono anche molti disco pub. Molte feste Erasmus durante l’anno al BALIC (via degli aurunci). Per info sulle date ed i temi delle feste
consultare www.spqe.it. Vivendo a San Lorenzo avrete molte comodità a disposizione nelle vicinanze: cinema, metro, locali. Con la
bici o i mezzi raggiungete grandi centri sportivi e/o ville per fare sport all’area aperta. (TUTTE LE UNIVERSITA’)
Piazza Bologna: Una zona ricca di studenti e di bar. Leggermente più costose di altre zone per la sua centralità. È ben collegata
con bus e metro ad altre zone importanti. Con una bici si raggiunge facilmente anche San Lorenzo. Ci sono molti bar e le sue vie sono
frequentate a qualsiasi ora da molti ragazzi. (SAPIENZA)
Castro Pretorio: si trova dietro termini, a 5 minuti da san Lorenzo. La zona è più tranquilla di piazza vittorio ma ugualmente ben
collegata.
Manzoni/Merulana/Cavour/Rione Monti: Ottimo posto in cui vivere. Ben collegato, stanze non molto costose, collegato
benissimo sia con la metro A che con la metro B. Non perdete l’occasione dib ere una birra nella pizza del rione monti attorno alla
Fontana!! E una volta scaldati i motori ci sono molti autobus che vi portano direttamente a campo de fiori per continuare la notte!! Per
trovare una palestra, un supermercato più economico etc dovete spostarvi verso termini, dato che questa zona è molto turistica.

Lorenzo will have many coomodities available nearby: cinema, underground, local. By bike or means you can reach large sports centers and / or villas for open-

Piazza Bologna: An area full of students and bars. Slightly more expensive of other areas for its centrality. It is well connected by metro and bus to
other important areas. With a bike is easily to reach San Lorenzo. There are many bars and streets that are frequented by many guys at any time. (LA

Castro Pretorio is behind termini, 5 minutes walking far from San Lorenzo. The area is quieter then Piazza Vittorio but equally well connected.
Manzoni / Merulana / Cavour / Monti: Great place to live. Well connected, rooms not very expensive, is well connected by subway to that the subway
B. Do not miss the opportunity to drink a beer in piazza rione Monti around the fountain! And once overheated engines there are many bus that will take you to
Campo de Fiori to continue in the best roman way the night! To find a gym, a supermarket cheaper etc you need to move to termini, because this area I

Termini/Piazza Vittorio: La vera meltin’ pot romana!! Persone di tutto il mondo hanno la loro residenza da queste parti!! Piazza
Vittorio è certamente una delle migliori zone dove cercare casa: collegata con tutta roma nel migliore dei modi (è dietro termini), i
prezzi delle stanze sono economici rispetto a molte altre zone, a 5 minuti da San Lorenzo. Collegamenti metro diretti con tutte le
università!! Unica nota: la zona non è la più tranquilla di Roma, quindi la notte prestate un minimo di attenzione a chi date confidenza!

Trastevere: la zona più ―tipica‖ di Roma. Stradine piene di localini, bar, pizzeria. Imparerete a conoscerla alla grande durante
l’anno. Molto cara però per l’affitto di una stanza che supera anche I 600 euro per una singola! (ROMA 3- SAPIENZA)
San Giovanni - Re di Roma - Appio: zona centrale, ricca di studenti. Collegata bene con San Lorenzo e colosseo. Ma chi vive a
San Giovanni però spesso trova comodo aggirarsi anche presso i locali di via appia e via tuscolana. Tra queste grandi vie si trova
veramente di tutto: il bar super chic, pub super economico, il chiosco aperto tutta la notte, l’osteria romana, garage adibiti a bar,
Cinema, vecchie ville romane con prati sterminati dove fare sport.. Perdetevi tra le traverse di via Tuscolana e via Appia scoprite cosa
vi può regalare ROMA!!(la roma non turistica, la Roma che solo un Erasmus può consocere). (TOR VERGATA-SAPIENZA)
Tiburtina-Prenestina: comoda per chi va alla sapienza. Stanze più economiche di altre parti di Roma. Dovete però prendere uno
dei tanti bus per avvicinarvi all’università e alle zone di movida serale. (SAPIENZA)
Casilina: Zona economica per cercare casa (una singola può costare anche 250 euro). Collegata con tram e bus a termini e san
lorenzo. Zona popolare romana, trovate di tutto: palestre, cinema, bar, pizzerie, supermercati. Non molto bella a vedersi, ma molto
funzionale.. (TOR VERGATA-SAPIENZA).

Termini / Piazza Vittorio: The true Roman melting 'pot! People from all over the world reside in these zone! Piazza Vittorio is certainly
one of the best areas to look for house. It’s connected with all Rome in thebest way (it is behind termini), room prices are cheap
than many other areas, 5 minutes far from San Lorenzo. Direct metro to all universities! Only one remark: the area is not the quietest of Rome, then above all in
the night a minimum of attention is requested (ALL THE UNIVERSITIES)
Trastevere: the most "typical"zone of Rome. Streets full of night spots, bars, pizzeria. You will learn to know it during all year. Very expensive!! It’s quite
impossible to rent a room for less than 600 euros for a single room! (ROMA 3 – LA SAPIENZA)
SAN GIOVANNI – RE DI ROMA - APPIA: central area, full of students. Well connected with San Lorenzo and coliseum. But who lives in SAN GIOVANNI,
however, often prefer to go out in the night in the little streets between Via appia and Via tuscolana discovering the real roman nightlife!! Among these major
streets is possible to find everything: the super chic bar , super cheap pubs, economic kiosk open all night, Roman Taverns, garages used as bars, cinemas,

WE reccomend to all TOR VERGATA STUDENTS to find a Room near some METRO A STATION close to the center! It's better to have a Room
close to the center for going out purposes (there will be less problem with coming back home by night). From the center to torvergata you
can get easly by metro (anagnina STATION) and then the UNIVERSITY BUS (which goes to each faculty). So you can reach it in about
30 min (it's a very good time for Rome) each morning!

Cellulare: non appena arrivati in Italia comprate subito una sim italiana perché è la cosa che
vi servirà di più, soprattutto i primi giorni. Con il cellulare dovrete chiamare molte persone
perprendere appuntamenti per le case, è impensabile farlo con la sim del vostro paese, vi
costerebbe una fortuna. In più coin la tessera italiana potrete lasciare un recapito ―economico‖
da contattare ad ogni nuovo vostro amico. In Italia ci sono 4 operatori principali: TIM, VODAFONE, WIND e TRE. Per esperienza
quello più conveniente è senza dubbio la WIND. La wind presenta tariffe al secondo e senza scatto alla risposta, perfetto per le
chiamate che dovrete fare voi che mai andranno oltre al minuto. Inoltre da statistiche praticamente il 90% degli erasmus
utilizza wind!! Le schede wind generalmente regalano delle mega promozioni per i primi 6 mesi di utilizzo, quindi considerando
la durata del vostro soggiorno avrete tariffe convenienti per la maggior parte della vostra permanenza a Roma. La tariffa che ci
sentiamo di suggerirvi è la seguente: WIND SUPER SENZA SCATTO. Se il cellulare del vostro paese è bloccato e può utilizzare
solo la scheda del vostro operatore allora andate ad un centro commerciale. Li potrete acquistare il vostro cellulare erasmus
(che probabilmente perderete e farete cadere più e più volte a causa dell’alchol) anche a meno di 20 €.
BICI ED ALTRI ACQUISTI: Se volete acquistare una bici usata a poco prezzo recatevi la domenica mattina presso il
mercato di PORTA PORTESE. In questo famosissimo mercato romano incontrerete di tutto e di più a prezzi imbattibili. PORTA
PORTESE si trova dietro testaccio. Qui potrete comprare bici, stereo, fumetti italiani (per imparare rapidamente la lingua), e
qualsiasi altra cosa a dei prezzi impensabili!! Dovete solo avere l’occhio sveglio e capire cosa è buono e cosa no! IN BOCCA AL
LUPO!!! Per la bici potete anche ricorrere al servizio di bike sarin offerto dal comune di roma. Tutte le info:

• Antica Birreria Peroni! Luogo conosciuto solo dai Romani, si trova nascosto in una via tra pizza Venezia e Rione Monti: Via S. Marcello
19. Il posto non è grande e c’è semrpe un sacco di gente, quindi si va, si chiede della lista di attesa, si lascia il nome, e poi si prende un ottima
birra peroni alta qualità alla spina in attesa di essere chiamati. (in due si aspetta una mezz’oretta, in 10 persone…si aspetta anche un ora e
mezza!!! quindi se siete tanti andate in mezzo alla settimana, e andate presto). I camerieri sono tutti romani e sono dei pazzi!!! Durante la cena
il divertimento è garantito!!! Il perché non ve lo vogliamo svelare!! Tra le cose che ordinate però assicuratevi di prendere un ―KILOMETRO…‖ il
divertimento è garantito… e che gusto!! Cucinano di tutto, prendete tante cose differenti e condividete i piatti..ci sarà da leccarsi i baffi!!

by a cheerful and ―drunking‖ wine... THE ROMANELLA! The fraschette are all equivalent. If you go
from Monday to Thursday there are out of fraschette the"Buttadentro". Buttadentro are people trying to take you into their local..the offer you
some special price for a established menu (more or less complete for a flat rate price). Contract with them before entering, especially contract
about the number of bottles! If you are good negotiator with 12 euros per person you can get an abundant dinners in terms of food and
especially WINE!
• Antica Birreria Peroni! Location known only by the Romans, is hide in street between Piazza Venezia and Rione Monti: Via S. Marcello
19. The place is not really spacious and there are always a lot of people. Once in the restaurant ask directly for the ―LISTA D’ATTESA‖ (waiting
list), you leave your name, and then take a good Draught beer Peroni high quality waiting to be called. (In two person usually you can wait till
half an hour.. in 10 people you can wait till one hour and a half! so if you are many people we suggest to go in the middle of the week, and to go
soon). The waiters are all Romans and they are crazy! At dinner Fun is guaranteed! We do not want to reveale you nothink..it
must be a surprise! However, don’t forget to order a "kilometro" ... it’s really good and the fun is guaranteed ... and what fun!
On this restaurant they cook many different special things..so take everything and share it
with your friends … and BUON APPETITO

• Pompi: volete mangiare il miglior TIRAMISU’ di tutta Roma?? Allora il posto è solo ed esclusivamente uno: POMPI, piazza dei re di roma
(sull’appia). Il tiramisù più leggendario di Roma!! Passate da pompi dopo una paseggiata a san giovanni, oppure nel dopo cena, e capireteperchè
il tiramisù è cosi richiesto nel mondo!

• Lido di Ostia: Roma ha un quartiere che si trova direttamente sul mare, si chiama OSTIA! Durante l'estate tutti i locali romani si spostano
qui e sulle rive del tevere. Per arrivarci prendere la metro B , arrivate alla stazione (Piramide) e cambiate la metro (trenino Lido di Ostia).
Potete scendere alla stazione Lido centro ed andare direttamente nella direzione del mare. La costa di ostia è occupata quasi tutta da
stabilmenti privati, ma ci sono anche spiagge libere con accesso libero circa ogni 500 m/1km. Senza dubbio le spiagge piu belle sono quelle
dei "CANCELLI", si trovano tra ostia e Torvaianica, per arrivarci dovete scendere alla stazione COLOMBO del trenino di Ostia e prendere un
autobus che vi porta ai cancelli (consigliamo il cancello 4 per i servizi offerti).
• Trastevere: Chupiteria con bicchieri di ciccolata!! Provate i buonissimi shot come: na bottarella, orgasmo..tipici di questo piccolo bar dietro

• Lido di Ostia, Rome has a district that is located directly on sea, is called Ostia! During the summer all local Roman moving here and on
the banks of the Tiber. To get there take the metro B, arrive at Train (Pyramid) and change the meter (Ostia Lido train). You can get off at Lido
center and go directly into towards the sea. The cost is occupied almost entirely by private beaches , but there are also beaches with free access
approximately every 500 m/1km. Without doubt the most beautiful beaches are those of the "Cancelli". You found ―Cancelli‖ between ostia and
Torvaianica. Take the ―Ferrovia del Lido metro‖ and get off in Colombo station, than take one of the buses that takes you to the Cancelli. (Gate 4
to recommend for the offered services).
• Trastevere: Shots with chocolate glasses! Try a very good shot as ―na Bottarella‖, ―orgasm‖ ..

In Italia si sa, il clima è uno dei più belli d’europa..la tua nuova città ti da molte opportunità da sfruttare a pieno nelle meravigliose
giornate assolate che capitano durante l’anno ma anche e soprattutto in estate!!
Nei soleggiati autunni e primavere, così come nelle soleggiate giornate invernali non perdete l’occasione di visitare il quartiere marittimo
di LIDO DI OSTIA, (Ferrovia Roma-Lido/Freccia del mare). A 20 minuti dalla stazione si trova il quartiere romano di Ostia Lido. A Ostia
c’è un magnifico porto turistico da visitare insieme ai vostri amici, nel quale fare passeggiate, fermarsi a prendere un po’ di sole, una birra,
un gelato…approvechando de la vida!!! Arrivati a ostia scendete alla stazione di lido centro, prendete l’autobus 01 e scendete al porto,

Per andare al mare invece potete scegliere tra diverse spiagge libere:
Spiagge libere vicino al porto (scendere a lido centro, e prendere lo 01)
Il curvone (scendere a lido centro o a stella polare e andare a piedi al mare ( 800 metri)
Cancelli: spiaggia libera lunghissima (…e con il mare generalmente più bello). Ci sono 8 cancelli, scendete al capolinea della ferrovia Roma Lido (fermata Castel fusano) e
prendete uno dei tanti autobus che vanno direzione cancelli (062, 064, etc..) I cancelli sono tutti simili, però alcuni si differenziano per i servizi:
il terzo cancello offre corsi di kite e windsurf!! Cool
l’ottavo cancello è quello più ―discotecaro‖…musica house accesa tutto il giorno!!
EVITATE DI ANDARE AL MARE IL SABATO E LA DOMENICA!! LE STRADE E LE METRO SONO SATURE IN QUEI GIORNI!! L’unica cosa che vi consigliamo è di andare a
ballare il sabato sera ad ostia e poi di restare a dormire in spiaggia!!!

In sunny autumns and springs, as in the sunny winter days don’t miss the opportunity to visit the maritime district of
LIDO Ostia (Railway Roma-Lido/Freccia del mare). Just 20 minutes far from Piramide station there is the district of
Ostia Lido. At Ostia there is a magnificent tourist port
to visit with your friends, where you can walk, visit shops, you can stop for a bit 'of sun, for a beer or an ice cream ...
enjoying the life! Once in ostia, get off at Ostia Lido Centro station and take the bus: 01. So get off at the port where
you can spend a few pleasant hours with your friends erasmus. Returning from a port you can walk along the seafront
up to the pontile (less than 1 km
port) where you can admire the sea! Returning from the pier, walking to the station don’t forget to pass through Piazza
Sisto and to stop to try the “KRAPFEN” at the bar in the place. KRAPFEN is its specialty. Krapfen is maravellous…
Ostia in summer becomes the center of Roman nightlife ... Who of you will be in Rome during June and July will
enjoy the summer side of the capital, the first summer of his new city!
In the evening go to get a beer at ―faber-beache” or to VITTORIA, have an aperitif in front of the sea to ―BLANCO
BEACH (near the port)‖ and then Join us in one of the beach parties that SPQE organize for you, in collaboration with

To go to the beach instead you can choose from several beaches:

• beaches near the port (get off at the beach center, and take the 01)
• The ―Curvone‖ (get off by the metro at lido centro station and walk directly to the sea (800 meters)
• Cancelli: long beach (... and the sea generally more nice). There are eight ―Cancelli‖, get off at the terminus of the railroad Rome Lido (Castel Fusano stop) and take
one of the many buses that go towards Cancelli (062, 064, etc. ..) The Cancelli are all similar, but some are different for the provided services:
• the third Cancello offers courses of windsurfing and kite! Cool
• The eighth Cancello is the most "clubbers" ... house music during all the day…
DO NOT GO TO THE BEACH ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY! ROADS AND ARE METRO SATURATED IN THOSE DAYS! The only way
to go to he sea on week end that we recommend is to go dancing Saturday night in ostia and then to sleep
directly to the beach!

Gli erasmus si sa…hanno pochi soldini a disposizione, per questo quella di trovare un lavoretto potrebbe essere un ottima opportunità
per guadagnare qualche soldo, migliorare il proprio italiano, conoscere gente nuova, entrare dentro la cultura italiana. I lavori che possono
essere svolti sono differenti, vi diamo qualche suggerimento:
Cameriere in Pizzeria: Nella nazione più culinaria del mondo, che brulica di ristoranti c’è un incessante richiesta di camerieri.
Fate un giro tra le varie pizzerie tra le 7 e le 9 di sera, e chiedete di parlare con il direttore. Spiegategli che volete fare il cameriere,
chiedete se hanno bisogno di una mano, dategli la vostra disponibilità. Generalmente questi posti chiedono un aiuto extra per il venerdì
ed il sabato, pertanto è probabile che vi diano la disponibilità per quei giorni. Una pizzeria però chiude attorno a mezzanotte-l’una. Finito
di lavorare pertanto potrete uscire liberamente. All’una la notte di un erasmus è appena iniziata!! Lavorare in pizzeria può essere faticoso, ma è certamente divertente e
dinamico. Chiedete sempre quanto è la paga a sera e come funzionano le mance!! Non accettate posti in cui vi dicono: ―dipende‖ senza aver prima stabilito un tetto minimo
di paga! Quando andate a chiedere la disponibilità per lavorare di te sempre CHE AVETE GIA ESPERIENZA,anche se non è vero… se vi serve sapere come funziona una
pizzeria chiedete un amico oppure contattateci al: +39-3458919101. (La paga per una notte in pizzeria può variare dai 30 ai 50 euro mance incluse)
Cameriere al Bar: Allo stesso modo non è difficile trovare un posto disponibile come cameriere in qualche bar. La procedura e le attenzioni da porre in questo caso sono
le stesse della pizzeria. L’unico inconveniente è che un bar può chiudere anche molto tardi (le 3, le 4 di notte) ed in questo caso non avreste tempo per la vostra notte
erasmus. (La paga per una notte al bar può variare dai 30 ai 60 euro mance incluse)
Barista: Se avete già esperienza vi sarà certamente più facile trovare un posto, a patto di superare la prova Caffè e la Prova Cappuccino…e gli italiani su questo sono
abbastanza pignoli. Lavorare al bar vi permette di guadagnare di più, ma è un impegno differente. Di solito infatti un bar richiede la disponibilità per due o tre giorni interi
alla settimana. Ad esempio tutta la giornata di sabato e tutta la giornata di domenica. (La paga varia a seconda delle ore e del bar. Minimo 40 euro per la giornata,
massimo 70 euro)
BarMan: Siete dei Barman? Bene, allora chiedete nei vari locali che visitate di poter fare una serata di prova. Potrebbe essere certamente uno dei modi più divertenti di
lavorare!! Ed in più lavorando in una disoc o in un disco pub i vostri amici possono venire a trovarvi…BUON DIVERTIMENTO..ops..BUON LAVORO!! (La paga va tra i 40 ed i
60 euro a sera)
The Erasmus student usually haven’t a lot of money… for this reason to find a job might be a good opportunity to earn some money, improve Italian, meet new people, get in
Italian culture. The work that can be done are different, we give you some advice:
Waiter in Pizzeria: In the most culinary nation of the world, which teems with restaurants there is an incessant demand for waiters. Take a tour of the various pizzerias
between 7 and 9 pm and ask to speak with Director. Explain that you want to be a waiter, ask if they need , give your availability. Generally these places ask for an ―extra help‖ on
Friday and Saturday, so it is better if you give your availability for those days. But pizzerias close around 00:00; 01:00, so, once finish the work you can enkoy the night. At one
o'clock the night of Erasmus has just begun! work in a pizzeria be tiring, but it is fun and dynamic. Always ask what is the pay for a night of work and how they manage the work
tips! Do not accept jobs where the owner say "it depends" without first establishing a minimum bound of pay! When you go to ask for a work you’ve always to say that you have
already EXPERIENCE, although it is not true ... if you need to know how the work in a pizzeria is carried out ask to a friend or contact us at: +39-3458919101. We will explain
everything and you’ll be able to work even without experience.. (The pay for a night pizzeria can vary from 30 to 50 euros, tips included)
Waiter at the Bar: Similarly it is not difficult to find a place available as a waiter in a bar. The procedure and in this case are the same pizza. The only drawback is that a bar
can close very late (the 3, 4 at night) and so you would not have time for your night Erasmus. (Pay for one night at
bar can vary from 30 to 60 euros gratuities included)
Barista: If you have experience you'll certainly easily find a free place, but only if you pass the test: Cappuccino and Coffee ... and the Italians on this are quite picky. Working at
the bar allows you to earn more, but anyway it is a different commitment. Usually it requires an availability of two or three full days for week. For example all Saturday and all
Sunday. (The pay varies by the
hours and the bar. Minimum of 40 euros per day, maximum 70 euro)
Barman: Are you a barman? Are you able with cocktails? Well, then ask to the various local that you visit
for a work-night-test. Could certainly be one of the best fun ways to work! And if you work in a disco your
friends can come and see you ... ENJOY .. oops .. GOOD LUCK FOR THE WORK!

RIPETIZIONI DI LINGUA
Gli italiani non sono certamente i più bravi a parlare inglese in europa..anzi!! per questo se venite da UK, germania, olanda, insomma
dai paesi in cui si parla inglese alla perfettamente il modo meno faticoso, più rapido e più flessibile di fare qualche soldo è dare
ripetizioni di inglese. Per trovare i vostri studenti serve un po’ di furbizia, vi diamo qualche consiglio:
Attaccare nelle bacheche dell’università un annuncio in cui indicate che date ripetizioni, che siete madrelingua o advanced, il prezzo
(tra i 10 ed i 15 € l’ora se volete che vi chiamino), ed il vostro numero. Il cartello potrebbe essere: ― Studente Madrelingua Inglese
impartisce ripetizioni a tutti i livelli. 15 €/ ora, anche direttamente a casa vostra!!, CHIAMARE ―NOME‖, +39 33XXXXXXXX‖.
Informatevi di licei e scuole medie nelle vicinanze di casa vostra o della vostra università, e chiedete il permesso di appendere un paio di annunci nelle bacheche della scuola
(sono molti i genitori che cercano). Attaccatelo in tutte le scuole e licei!! Più cartelli = più opportunità! I mesi più fruttuosi sono settembre, dicembre, febbraio e aprile (i mesi
in cui i genitori sono informati dei voti del figlio).
Date la disponibilità (soprattutto se si tratta di ragazzi sotto i 18 anni) ad andare voi a casa loro. Spesso non si ha troppa fiducia di uno sconosciuto, quindi se lo studente è
minorenne è meglio che andiate voi a casa loro. Ovviamente se siete voi a muovervi potete chiedere qualcosa in più (tra i 2 ed i 5 euro in più)
Proponete prezzi agevolati, tipo: un ora 15€ due ore 25€.. è certamente più facile fare due ore a uno studente che due ore a due studenti differenti.
Alla fine di ogni lezione prendete direttamente l’appuntamento per la settimana successiva, se non volete perdere il vostro studente.
Oltre all’inglese (o al posto dell’inglese) indicate anche la vostra lingua di origine. In Italia, oltre all’inglese, si studia soprattutto il francese, lo spagnolo ed il tedesco.
PALESTRE e PISCINE: Se siete di un paese europeo, ed avete il brevetto di Salvataggio potreste cercare lavoro come Lifeguard nelle piscine delle palestre. Lo stesso
vale se siete istruttori di nuoto, gym, oppure arti marziali.
Per nessuno di questi lavori aspettatevi un contratto regolare, sono generalmente basati su accordi verbali!
LANGUAGE LESSONS
The Italians are not certainly the best English speakers of Europe…(as you’re understanding reading this guide ;-) ) so if you come from England, Germany, Holland, Poland or
from one of the countries in which English is perfectly spoken one of the less laborious, faster, and more flexible way to earn some money is to give English lessons. To find your
students you have to be smart!! we give you some idea:
1. Attach an announce on the university boards. Indicate that you give lessons, that you are native speakers or advanced, the price (between 10 and € 15 per hour if you want to
be contacted by someone) and your mobile number. The announcecould be: ― Studente Madrelingua Inglese impartisce ripetizioni a tutti i livelli. 15 €/ ora, anche direttamente a
casa vostra!!, CHIAMARE ―NOME‖, +39 33XXXXXXXX‖.
2. Find the colleges and schools near your home or your university and ask permission to hang a pair of announce on the board of the school (there are many parents who are
looking for this).
Attach it in all schools and colleges! More signs = more opportunities! The fruitful months are September, December, February and April (the months in which parents are informed
of the votes of the children).
3. Given the availability (especially when it comes to kids under 18 years) to give lesson directly on their home. Often parents have not too much confidence in a unknown person,
so if the student is a minor it’s better if you go to theirs home to give lesson to the child. Obviously you can ask an extra pay for this (between 2 to under 5 dollars more)
4. Offer special prices, such as: an hour 15 € 25 € two hours .. is certainly easier to manage one student for two hours then two student for one hour.
5. At the end of each lesson, take the directly the appointment for the Next week, if you do not want to lose your student…
Apart from English (or instead of English) also indicate your origin language in the announce. In Italy, besides of English, there’s request for French, Spanish and German lessons..
Gym and swimming pool: If you are from a European country, and you are a lifeguard
you might find work as a Lifeguard in the pool of some gyms. You can do the same if you are swimming instructors, aerobics, dance, salsa or martial.
For none of these works can expect a regular contract, this kind of work are generally based on verbal agreements!

I supermercati in italia si differenziano in due categorie: supermercati classici e discount. Vi suggeriamo di
comrpare nei supermercati classici solamente le cose che volete di marca, come deodoranti, assorbenti, rasoi, caffè,
vini, Shampoo e balsami. Tutto il resto: surgelati, superalcolici, birra, carne, pane, verdure cose di carta, etc, vi
suggeriamo di acquistarlo al discount o al mercato, potendo usufruire di prezzi certamente più vantaggiosi. Vi
elenchiamo i nomi dei supermercati e dei discount:
The supermarkets in Italy are divided into two categories: supermarkets classic and discount stores. We suggest
to buy in classic supermarkets only the things that you want to buy with a note brand, like: deodorant, towels,
razors, coffee, wine, shampoo and conditioners. For everything else: frozen, liquor, beer, meat, bread, milk, cheese,
vegetables, paper, etc., we suggest to buy it

Trastevere: Centro storico, miriadi di viette che si intrecciano. Atmosfera mozzafiato. Ricco di pub, ristoranti e bar.
Si sta nei locali, ma se la temperatura lo permette si sta fuori e si vaga da un posto all’altro. Il costo dei cocktail e
della birra dipende dal locale. I ristoranti hanno prezzi molto abbordabili.
Historical centre of rome. It’s full of little connected street. The atmosphere is amazing. Full of pub, bar and restaurant. Drink a beer in a pub, or buy it for
take away and enjoy the streets and all the maravellous plazas in this zone (if climate allow this). Cost of beer and cocktails depends by the bar,
restaurant are generally economics.
Campo De Fiori: Nel centro storico. Esattamente davanti a Trastevere, ma dall’altro lato del fiume. Pieno di bar, si sta soprattutto all’aperto nella
meravigliosa piazza di Campo de Fiori. L’appuntamento tipico? Sotto la statua di Giordano Bruno….con qualche bottiglia di vino o birra!!

Piazza Navona: in pieno centro, dietro la meravigliosa piazza navona, si nascondono molti bar e pub internazionali! La zona è più costosa delle altre,
ma è piena di persone da tutte le parti del mondo. Da frequentare assolutamente per le ricorrenze straniere o durante le partite di rugby!
Piazza Navona: After Campo de Fiori there’s Piazza Navona. In the little streets behind the maravellous plaza there are a lot of international bars and pubs.
They are a little bit expensive.. (except if there’s a Erasmus party by SPQE). Enjoy this zone during some foreigners nationa party or during the rugby
match!!
Colosseo: dietro il colosseo la ―gay street‖ di roma. Zona piena di bar economici. Ambiente allegro tranquillo e colorato. Prendi una birra e bevila sul
muretto ammirando il colosseo.. una delle zone migliori dove passare una serata diversa.
In front of colosseum there is the gay street of rome. This zone is full of cheap bar. The atmosphere is happy, funny and sunny!! Take a beer and drink it
outside of the bar, wathing the colosseum!! One of the best place to spend a different night!
Testaccio: Ristoranti romani, e dietro l’area ristoranti è pieno di discoteche e locali per tutti i gusti (viale dei monti di testaccio). In queste disco si entra
da mezzanotte in poi. Feste erasmus all’AKAB, non perdetele!! Tutte le info su www.spqe.it
Testaccio: A loto f Roman Restaurant, but behind this area there’s a street (viale dei monti di testaccio)
full of disco for all the tastes.. Disco entrance is after 00:00.

San Giovanni: Ristoranti, bar e pub. È una zona turistica che si fonde
con la città. Non perdete i tanti piccoli bar colorati nelle traverse di via
merulana!! Zona ottima per gli aperitivi.
San Giovanni:Restaurant, bar and pubs!! It’s a touristic zone melted with
normal city life. Don’t lose the little colored bar in the streets that cross
via merulana!! Optimal zone for aperitif!!
San Lorenzo: Pub e bar and disco bar. E’ una zona molto economica. Ricco di locali in cui stare seduti a
chiacchierare, a stare in compagnia (anche romantica) o locali per ballare. Movida anche nella piazza di san
lorenzo dietro la cattedrale per chi ama passare la sera all’aperto!! Non perdere le notti erasmus del Balic.
