About Feature:‐  

Smart  I  has  developed  Mobile  Apps  with  GPS  Location  Tracking  for  outdoor 
employees.  Android  based  Mobile  attendance  module  to  mark  the  attendance  of 
outdoor  employee,  which  has  default  facility  to  track  the  actual  location  of 
employee  with  GPS  locator.  Later  on  HOD/Manager  can  verify/review  the 
attendance  request  and  GPS  location  of  employee  then  attendance  can  be 
approved.  Mobile  Apps  has  various  other  features  to  regularize  the  attendance  of 
employee  through  Android  based  mobile  ie;  Leave  Application,  Manual  Punch, 
Condone Entry, Outdoor Entry & Tour Entry.

How it Works? 

• Mobile  Apps  is  an  android  based  add‐on  module  of 

smartCOMMANDCONTROL’s    Employee  Self  Service  (ESS)  for  mobile 
employee (who often works outside of the office) 
• Employee  can install the apps in their android based smart phone 
• Server  configuration  need  to  be  done  with  employee  details  registered  on 
server (Emp ID, Password, Mobile no., etc.) 
• After Server configuration employee can punch their attendance whenever he 
will  be  outside  of  the  office,  Attendance  will  punched  with  current  location 
points    
• If  Employee  visit  any  client/vendor  then  he  can  mark  his  attendance  from 
their (client place), in that case employee attendance will be registered in the 
software with GPS location points. 
•  When  manager  will  login  the  attendance  application  will  be  pending  for 
approval, he can view the GPS location then if it will be authenticate the he 
will approve the mobile attendance otherwise it can be rejected.
