to implement a successful plan. I can assist.
I have the most valuable skills and past experience, extensive knowledge of the crime
history and CIA cabal drug ops here in Surrey and thru western Canada for the last 40
yrs. I would be a most valuable asset for the successful clean up of surrey and the
organized crime here as you establish the new municipal police force as a criminal clean
up consultant and long term planner, assisting Terry Waterhouse.

My life is already in danger from the disclosures I have made so far, regarding this, with
3 longterm participants in the RCMP Witness protection program being removed because
of my disclosures. … however, I am committed to helping clean up the mess that was
created here since the mid 70’s when the players set up with my ex Audrey Cody…a CIA
drug distributor and child sex trafficking op connected to NXIVM child trafficking and
sex cult management Hollywood North, and so much more. Rusty Cairns of Outlook
social services was/is a part of this group since the 1970’s also. She and her enforcers ran
me out of town, before I returned 40 yrs later, and discovering what she was hiding over
the last 40 yrs.

The Outlook Society and it’s container housing, in Whalley, is part of a long term plan
put in place by this International Crime Group of Financiers that includes KMPG
Accounting and money launderers in China who are buying up the land with the
laundered drug money and land developers. They have already destroyed the Surrey I
knew in the 70’s with their money grabbing development projects that end up benefiting
only them. My recent Chinese partner was/is complicit in this in the banking and
accounting areas.
Now this place is more, Sorry…than it is the old Surrey that it was…a community…
And a focal point for these efforts to be successful will be building community with the
residents.

What I have to offer to the successful clean up of the surrey police force with the
establishment of the new municipal police force is a vast array of info on how it all got to
this deplorable state, with the drug gangs running this place… who was behind it all
when it started back in 1976…, some of the current players and many of the past ones
that have gained control of the RCMP over the last 40 yrs and all this is connected to the
Air India bombing and the cross border drug smugglers and distributors.

Attached is a file that will cover what was done to me over the years by my ex with the
help of the RCMP in destroying every aspect of my life for the last 40 yrs…all based on
Audrey Cody’s (Lee, Price) lies to deflect attention from her criminal empire while
enjoying the help and protection of the RCMP …all based on her lies…without me even
knowing until recently…and only after I saw what was going on with my own eyes. I
suspect she was behind many unproved murders too. This was part of the distribution
network that I saw set up in the 70’s and 80’s. by the players.
Asif Aslam was busted for trying to send 1.7 kilograms of cocaine to Yukon in
2013. Before that, court documents show, he led a gang involved in the drug
