DA$H4CA$H 2019 RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Bossman Productions would like to welcome participants to its 2019 DA$H4CA$H. The
term “participant” contained herein shall be construed liberally and meant to include any and
all individuals who are engaged in activities directly or indirectly associated with the 2019
DA$H4CA$H.
2. Everyone is welcome to participate in this year’s event, however, continued participation in
this event and any future event shall be contingent upon each participant’s compliance with
the rules and regulations contained herein as well as any state, county, city or local
ordinances that may apply.
3. Bossman Productions, its subsidiaries, employees, sponsors and supporters are not
responsible for any injury sustained by any participant. All participants understand and
acknowledge they are willful participants to this event and are solely responsible for any
actions they take that may result in any accidental injury, death or dismemberment to
themselves or to others.
4. All participants are expected to respect the private property rights of others. No “clue”
issued by Bossman Productions shall be constructed as express or implied consent to enter
upon private property nor shall any “clue” be construed as express or implied consent to
damage, vandalize or deface any private or public property. Any damage to private or public
property shall be the sole responsibility of the participant responsible for the actions resulting
is said damage.
5. Bossman Productions has taken special care to hide the “prize” in a location that does not
require any participant to place his or her safety, or that of others, in jeopardy. Commonly
understood dangerous locations including, but not limited to, train tracks, on or adjacent to
roads or highways, powerlines, substations, etc. have been specifically avoided to minimize
and potential injury to person or property. Additionally, the prize is not located at any
private residence.
6. All participants are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a manner consistent with
the intent of this event, i.e., to create and foster a unified community in which all people are
welcome and can expect to be treated with dignity and respect. Any participant that engages
in negative behavior physical, verbal otherwise, as determined by Bossman Productions, may
be 1) disqualified from this event, 2) trespassed from any current or future event locations, 3)
prohibited from participating in future events, or 4) subject to any other remedial steps
deemed necessary and/or appropriate by Bossman Productions.
7. While not a requirement for participation, Bossman Productions would encourage all
participants to use this opportunity to foster community relationships, and leave our
communities in better shape than we found them. Be nice. Don’t litter. If you see litter,
pick it up.
8. Compliance with the rules and regulations contained herein will determine whether future
promotions will be considered. Participant’s support of the sponsors of this event is
encouraged and will ensure our ability to fund future promotional activities.
9. Bossman Productions reserves the right to alter, amend or vacate any portion of these rules
and regulations without prior notification.
