URA-ZEN PLUS is the trade name for Hentzen's Mix Ratio (Gloss): 1 : 1 by Volume
military polyurethanes with highest performance. 1 part - Color Base, Part A
It is a two component, chemical resistant, 1 part - 35503CMU, Part B
topcoat with excellent flexibility and exterior
Mix Ratio (S/G & Flats): 3 : 1 by Volume
durability.

Surface Preparation
Theoretical Coverage: 800-900ft2 @ 1 mil
To insure proper adhesion remove all surface Gloss: Flats: 5.0 max. @ 60o
corrosion, paint films, and any residue indicated S/G: 15-45 @ 60o
by a lack of a water-break free surface. Optimum Gloss: 90 min. @ 60o
adhesion results when applied over a substrate Weatherability: < 1 dE @ 3000 Hours
properly cleaned and treated with an approved Impact Flexibility: 40% Elongation @ RT
metal pretreatment process like MIL-DTL-81706. Low-Temp Flexibility: 1" mandrel bend @ -65oF
Fluid Resistance: Skydrol, Jet fuel /JP-5,
Apply approved MIL-PRF-23377 or MIL-PRF-85582 Lub Oil MIL-L-23699,
primers to 0.6-0.9 mils DFT. Allow primer to dry Hydraulic Fluid MIL-H-83282
per manufacturers recommendations prior to Admixed VOC*: < 3.5 lbs./gal. (420 g/L)
application of topcoat. When exceeding 48 hours *- Contains Exempt Solvents
dry time of primer, scuff sanding and re-priming Shelf Life: 18 Months from DOM

Air Dry Cure Schedule @ 77oF & 50% RH:
Prior to blending, Component A (Color Base) must Set to Touch: < 6 hours
be thoroughly agitated or mechanically shaken Dry Hard: < 12 hours
