MEDITATION COURSES AVAILABLE AT CLOVE&CLIVE

Clove&Clive is a training centre dedicated to nurturing mind well-

ness through systematic development, using mindfulness or awareness as a key
tool. Clove&Clive organises workshops and courses centering on mindfulness
and loving-kindness (refer next page). The result of this work brings about a new
level of conscious loving and conscious living in all areas of participants’ lives. Our
course contents are non-denominational and we welcome participants from all
faiths.
Clove&Clive was set up with the key objective of introducing the practice of
mindfulness to the general public. Mindfulness, also known as awareness, is the
art of living in the now and giving our fullest attention to its presence. A mind
that is still, calm and alert is an invaluable asset in handling life’s tribulations.
Applying the tools and principles of mindfulness produces significant and
effective results, a confident statement coming from the years of our personal
journey and exploration. Our work was grown out of creating a thriving, con-
scious relationship with oneself and others.
In addition to organising courses and activities, we also print free publications
as our contribution to the community. The titles that we have published so far
are Love Is All About YOU! (2007), Mama Where Are You? (2007) and Grace & Gratitude
(2008).
In 2008, we began printing a series of small book titles featuring articles
or content reprinted with permission from renowned authors and publishers.
This series, available for free, focuses on education and guidance towards self-
discovery and self-empowerment.
We invite your sincere support to sponsor the printing of our publications
or your assistance to distribute them. Please contact us at +6 017 2933 699 or
email to clovenclive.publishing@gmail.com for further information. We also
welcome your authentic feedback or suggestions on where we are able to
improve our work.
The following are some of the mindfulness courses organized by Clove&Clive.
We are located in Kelana Jaya in Selangor, Malaysia.
