EASEMENT OF RIGHT OF WAY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT OF EASEMENT OF RIGHT OF WAY, entered into this ______ day of
______________ by and between _________________ owner of the dominant estate, a
corporation organized and existing under Philippine laws, with principal office address at
______________________________, represented herein by _________________________,
__________________________________ owners of the servient estate, both of legal age, and
residents of ___________________________ witnesseth:

That _______is the owner of a parcel of land located in the municipality of

______________________________, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

That _____ in order to have an access to and from, and to cultivate the above-
mentioned land, and so as to have an outlet to the nearest public road that is least burdensome
to the servient estate and to third persons, it would be necessary for _____ to pass through
___________ property, and for this purpose, a straight path or passageway of not less than
__________________ connecting _____ to the nearest public road is necessary for the use of
__________and for all its needs in cultivating his estate.

WHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum

____________, the latter agrees and permits ________________ to have a permanent

registration of the above-mentioned right of way, in accordance with.

This agreement shall be binding between the parties and upon all their heirs,
