After the evaluation of your documents and company Job Interview submitted,
management of Bechtel Group Inc. USA wishes to inform you that you qualified to
work with this company. You will be posted to our new work branch in
Columbiana,Ohio, UNITED STATE OF AMERICA. Hence, we seek to employ your service
as:

POST: CONSTRUCTION SITE PROJECT SUPERVISOR.

REPORT TO: CHIEF CONSTRUCTION CIVIL ENGINEER
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Head of Construction
PROBATION: 6 month
DATE OF RESUMPTION: 28th March, 2019

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
*Assist the project manager in planning the project.
*Assist the project manager in creating schedule for the construction project.
*Supervise construction projects to make sure they meet technical specifications.
*Ensure that construction projects are completed within planned cost and time.
*Represent the project manager in executive and stakeholders’meetings.
*Motivate all the participants in the project.

Details of your remuneration and entitlement are as follows:

1. SALARY:
You will receive $8,500 (Eight Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars Only} Monthly Tax
Free. You shall be refer to the company bank were you will open an account for the
transfer your monthly salaries and other allowance upon the confirmation of your
Letter of Appointment.
2. ALLOWANCE/ENTITLEMENTS:
Hazard/Inconvenience $560.00 (Monthly)
Car maintenance $660.00 (Monthly)
House Furnishing: $2900.00 (Yearly)
Entertainment & Recreation: $320.00 (Monthly)
Travel & Event: $720.00 (Monthly)
Personal Insurance : $2750(Monthly)Obtainable Yearly

3. PAID LEAVE PERIOD /TRAVEL:

All employees are entitled to 1/2 months paid leave which can be taken once at a
time or 2 weeks apart one different period. All employees will receive $3200.00 take
home for each leave period. All employees are also entitled to free Accommodation
and Flight ticket.
4. MEDICAL EXPENSES:
Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the term of
contract and follow on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for
employee and family.
6. ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Recreation/Sports facilities shall also be made available at the disposal with no
expenses to be incurred. Laundry and dry cleaning services will also be made
available to all workers by the company’s laundry and dry cleaning unit.
We are offering you 3month vacation interval and during this period. You have the
chance to visit your love ones and family. The company will take care of your
Vacation flight ticket (Return Ticket to and fro). During this period, you will still continue
to receive your monthly salary and it will be wire to any bank of your choice
depending on where you choose to spend your Vacation.

On attaining permanent status, your salary and allowances shall be revised at

absolute discretion of the management. The institution reserves the right to dismiss you
on the ground of but not limited to gross misconduct, dishonesty and all other acts
likely to bring the institution into disrepute or to cancel loss of goodwill or to any other
ground which in the opinion of the institution warrant summary dismissal.

7. TRAVELING DOCUMENTS {VISA and Work Permit}:

All employees are to shoulder the cost of their Visa and Work Permit processing fees
Which will be refunded back to the employee as soon as he/she arrives United State
of America to resume work with the company.
