It is a company of Peruvian origin with more than 85 years of experience,

organization in the business lines: Engineering and Construction, Infrastructure
and Real Estate. They have permanent operations in Peru, Chile and Colombia
and have participated in the development of projects in 13 countries in Latin
America and the Caribbean.

Our experience

We are one of the business groups with the most experience in the mining
sector. We have participated in more than 50 engineering, procurement,
construction and supervision projects, as well as EPC and EPCM projects in
Latin America. We have built the largest copper concentrator plant in the world
and assembled two of the largest ball mills in the world.

Our experience

We have more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. We have
participated in the engineering design and exploration studies of numerous
projects in the region; also, in the assembly and construction of fractionation
and natural gas processing plants.
We are in charge of the administration and operation of oil infrastructure, as well
as the administration of 10 hydrocarbon storage terminals.
On the other hand, we have acquired the experience to participate in the
development of the most challenging gas projects in the region, from its

Massive transport
We have participated in the construction of the first train line in Lima (Peru). We
also have the concession contract to manage and operate it for 30 years.
Through our team, we seek to transport quickly and safely to the more than
340,000 people who move on LINE 1 of the Lima Metro.

Vials

We are one of the most experienced companies in design, construction,

conservation and road management in Peru. We have participated in projects of
great complexity in the region and we have been pioneers in the development
of road concessions in Peru. Currently, we are in charge of the concession of
the Norvial, Survial and Canchaque roads; as well as the concession of Vía
Expresa Sur de Lima.

Graña y Montero: Company will build Quellaveco tunnels for US $ 42.9 million.
In a consortium with the Spanish Obras Subterráneas S.A., Graña y Montero
won the award made by Anglo American
Graña y Montero. The consortium is integrated into equal shares by GYM S.A.
and the Spanish Obras Subterráneas S.A. The award was made by Anglo
American Quellaveco S.A.

The consortium integrated by Graña y Montero was awarded the construction of
three tunnels for the Quellaveco mining project, located in the Moquegua
region, for US $ 42,947,861 million plus VAT.

According to a fact of importance sent by Graña y Montero to the

Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV), the works have a deadline of
19 months counted from the order to proceed that generates the respective
contract.
The companies that make up said consortium in equal shares by GYM S.A. and
the Spanish Obras Subterráneas S.A. The award was made by Anglo American
Quellaveco S.A.
The group Graña y Montero also explained in the fact of importance that the
GyM-OSSA Consortium will build the works "Thick Strap Belt Tunnel" and
"Tunnels for Tailings Transport Channel".

The construction includes a tunnel of 3 km, which will serve for the passage of
the conveyor belt of coarse ore; and two tunnels, one of 1 km and another of
0.5 km, for the passage of the tailings channel.
Graña y Montero said that this award represents another step in the business
strategy he has been developing; and, in that sense, it reflects the confidence of
its clients in the quality of its services and in the added value that they can offer
to them.
The Graña y Montero Group reduced its debt by 21%
The year 2018 was formally closed, in which the company prioritized financial
strengthening with the aim of 2019 focusing on business consolidation

Regarding sales obtained, a total of US $ 1,243 million was reached,

representing a decrease of 2% with respect to the result of the previous year.

The Graña y Montero Group reported the figures to the fourth quarter
of 2018 in which the total debt of the company was reduced by US $ 174 million
(-21%) reaching US $ D 654.67 million, result obtained thanks to the successful
execution of the debt reduction plan.

Regarding sales obtained, a total of US $ 1,243 million was reached,

representing a decrease of 2% with respect to the result of the previous year.
The difference in sales is mainly explained by the fall in sales in the Engineering
and Construction area (-16%) and to a lesser extent in the Real Estate area (-
3%). This figure is accompanied by a Backlog plus accumulated recurring
business of US $ 2,105 million, which represents almost two years of sales,
thanks to the new contracts awarded in 2018, among which the mining projects
Quellaveco (Peru), Minera Escondida (Chile) stand out ) and Mina Justa (Peru)
and that does not include the recently announced contract of Quebrada Blanca
Phase 2.
Finally, with respect to the results as of December 2018, a loss of US $ 21.9
million was obtained, due to the provision included for the potential civil
compensation that could be paid in favor of the Peruvian State by the two
Group companies they have been incorporated as civilly responsible third
parties, according to the terms of Law N ° 30737 and its Regulations, approved
by DS No. 096-2018-EF.

For the Group's general corporate manager, Luis Díaz Olivero, the company will
begin 2019 with a greater focus on the development of its three business lines
"The important financial strengthening process undertaken during 2018 and that
we hope to conclude at the end of the first quarter of 2019, allows us to be
prepared for the great challenges that our clients will demand for us this year,"
he said.
