PARAGRAPH 1 :
Scientists do not agree about the extent to which creativity can be linked to activity in the right hemisphere of the
brain. It is known that the biochemistry of the two hemispheres of the brain is different.
Extract adapted from Cottrell (2013: 200)

The brain is composed by two hemispheres, in which the right has the function of creativity,
but scientists do not agree with this theory.
Paraphrased from an Extract adapted from Cottrell (2013:200)
PARAGRAPH 2:

In the past, opponents of immigration raised economic, racial, religious, and nationalistic objections or questions
about largescale immigration to the United States (Jones, 2006: 247-305). Today, however, experts tell us that
opposition to immigration is expressed almost exclusively in economic terms. For example, Dan Lacy, a workplace
consultant, business journalist, and editor, found that "research of immigration attitudes" shows that the fear that
some Americans have of losing their jobs to immigrants is the main reason for opposition to immigration today
(Smith, 1998: 41).
Extract adapted from Warwick (2011)

The United States has been affected for many years by immigration, it has affected the economy, religion
and others, but nowadays, Dan Lucy, a journalist who says that today immigration affects only the
economic area of the country, as Americans confirm that they are afraid of losing their jobs.

PARAGRAPH 3:

The widespread deterioration and some recent collapses of highway bridges (Inaudi, 2009) have highlighted the
importance of developing effective bridge inspection and maintenance strategies, including structural health
monitoring and durability monitoring, which can help identify structural and durability problems before they become
critical.

It is necessary to create strict control strategies for a correct preservation and inspection to avoid
structural problems and increase the durability of the bridges, since several collapses have occurred
recently (Inaudi, 2009).

PARAGRAHP 4:

Bullying means to be mean to another kid again and again. Bullying can take many forms. It can be teasing,
threatening to hurt someone, telling lies about someone, not including others in order to make them feel bad, or it
can be actually yelling at or hitting someone. Bullying can also take place over through text messages or emails,
or by posting rumors on sites like Facebook, passing around embarrassing pictures or videos.

Forbidden
