ADMITTED FACTS AND PROPOSED STIPULATIONS

1. That the plaintiff has applied the share account of the

defendant into the latter’s loan account on May 27, 2014 in
the amount of One Hundred Seven Thousand Two Hundred
Pesos (Php 107,200.00).
2. That the first maturity date of the restructured loan is May
15, 2014;
3. Existence and genuineness of Account Statement of the
restructured loan designated as Loan Account No. 035-004-
001745-1 and in the name of the defendant;
4. Existence and genuineness of Share Account Passbook of the
defendant with account No. 035-27-0003569;
