Sir,

Good day, I would like to justify my actions for not being able to go to biometric station for noon time out / time in, it is because
around 10 am in the morning of January 26, I assist the contractor to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair of protection relay for DICT 33 MV
Substation, and I didn’t notice that noon break was over so when we finished our work at DICT control room, it is already past 1:00 pm
so because of that I didn’t attempt to go to biometric station for time out / time in.

Good day, I would like to justify my actons for not being able to go to biometric station for noon
time in / time out, it is because around 10 am in the morning of january 26, I assist the contractor
to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem of DICT 33 MVA protection relay and I didn’t notice
that noon break was over so when we finished our work at DICT Control room, it is already
past 1:00 pm in the afternoon so because of that I didn’t attempt to go to biometric station for
time out / time in at noon.
