Re: Water Seepage in Car Park Lift Pit

We refer to the above matter, we received the letter from M/S Antah Schindler Sdn. Bhd. (ASSB) Ref:
803144002/JMA/NAZI/18/018 dated 6th December 2018 pertaining to Water Seepage in Lift Pit (CL1) as
per attachment 1.

2. We wish to inform that cleaning work had already done for several times in lift pit as per
attachment, however, water seepage has and continue caused ponding in the lift pit.

3. We write to highlight and refresh that there was no waterproofing applied on internal surface of lift
pit wall and slab which had caused water ponding based on our observation. Therefore, ASSB unable to
proceed their installation works.

4. We seek your urgent advice for our onward action in order to mitigate the delay of lift installation
work.

We trust the above is well-informed and appreciate for your understanding.
