Role Description
The Lead- Operations and Process Excellence shall be instrumental in driving the budgetary,
people development and operational objectives of the company.
As the Lead-Operations and Process Excellence, you shall be expected to oversee the
ongoing central business operations for the company. In addition to this, you shall also be
responsible for designing lean strategies for cost-effectiveness and efficiency in operations.
This is a senior management role and shall require you to be accountable for promoting a
performance oriented culture and take decisions which are constructive for all the
stakeholders involved.
Core Responsibilities
Role Requirements
• Work experience of at least four to eight years. Start Up Experience would be a plus
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in designing and executing processes to ensure project timeliness and
execution
• Ability to manage teams and engage in strategic communication with key stakeholders
• Should be comfortable in working in a Start-up environment with occasional travel
