Paragraph 1

Claim: Economically unstable people do not have the necessary resources to raise a child

Explain: Throughout history it has been seen that most of those children who are from poor
families become delinquents making the world more insecure.

Support: According to UN research (March 2020), 83% of children from poor families become
delinquents.

Ex1: Pastor of a local church that was killed by a group of young people for trying to stop a
robbery.

Ex2: the girls of 12 and 10 years old who were forced to prostitute themselves by their 7 elder
brothers in order to support the family.

Conclusion: Those economically unstable parents are not trained to have children; they are
exposed to many difficulties that will eventually make them socially marginalized and delinquent.

Claim: It is extremely dangerous that mentally incapable people have children in their care.

Explain: There are records of mentally unstable parents who have caused physical and mental
harm to their children and some have even killed them.

Support: Arkham Asylum (2024), 79% of children intervened with mentally incapable parents
presented emotional damage and different types of disorders.

Ex1: The little 9-year-old Cindy who almost dies of thirst because her mother forbade her to drink
water on the grounds that the government controlled people through it.

Ex2: The woman who dismembered and threw her 2-month-old baby in the trash, thinking that it
was really an old doll that she did not like anymore.
Conclusion: Those mentally unstable people cannot raise children, they could be physically
injured, traumatized and could even die.

Claim: Those with a history of extreme violence and abuse should not have children

Explain: There have been many cases of children with parents with such ancestry who have been
physically and mentally traumatized and have even been sexually abused.

Support: Foundation Sacrifice is Life study (2023), 97% of people with a history of rape and sexual
harassment have abused their children sexually.

Ex1: Man arrested for raping his 5-year-old daughter on multiple occasions had been arrested
twice in the past for resorting to sexual services by minors.

Ex2: Woman with a history of extreme anger beat her son to death because he cried a lot and
stressed her.

Conclusion: People who have a history of violence, abuse and extreme anger should not be
allowed to have children because there is a high possibility that they will attack or abuse their
children.

Conclusion

Overview: The reasons have been presented that those people with economic instability, mental
incapacity and a history of violence and abuse are not able to have children.

Conclusions: Not all people are trained to have children, therefore, a system must be created in
which only those who obtain the license can become parents, thus creating a better and safer
world

Thinker: With the above in mind, do not you think that this world would be much safer and
happier if there are no children raped, murdered or mistreated by their parents?
