business owner salary maybe under $100,00 dollars, but the profits of their business may earn

much more. Some construction businesses earn as little as 50,000 but also upwards of

1,000,000in profits for their owners construction company owner needs general business skills

and industry-specific expertise. Roofers replace,repair and install the roofs of building using

variety of material.construction requires more than just experiences(Quickie L) .

Small construction company owners are responsible for the company, and they succeed if

they do everything right. Project planning and management skills are very useful in the

construction industry, and construction managers must always check their jobs on a daily basis.

Planning a new schedule ahead and letting the workers know the schedule is important. Also,

having a website so people can see the type of work completed by the company is essential

(Wilful). Each of these responsibilities is essential for success in the construction world.

If someone wants to open a construction business things must need to be prepared for

the risk that come with the construction work. This is reliable because it’s trustworthy for the

future. Why is trustworthy? Is good for the future because construction now days is good

because they fixed the rood and construct new house and build buildings to. Construction owners

spend most of their time on job sites and be aware of and comply with all relevant safety policy,

Construction owner need a specific license to operate. Need construction bonds in order

to operate legally. Insuring your construction company is just as important as registering it. Need

three major forms of insurance,workers compensation, unemployment.What project they have on

the horizon (Taylor White). bonds of third party to pay your client if you don’t have enough

money.A construction company owners needs general business skills,write mission for the

company,plan your sales,you must secure business licence ,insurance to protect against claim

Like the captain of a ship ,as the owners job is to define where want your business to be

in a year. What's the best way to get there. expand to commercial. Review the project on a daily

managed .be a great leader, invest time and money to your company. Review the project on a

through referrals. Set payment schedule. Too many business owners confuse profit with

salary.pay yourself a regular salary like and other employees.keep you focused on marketing

sales and getting jobs built and collected so you have enough green stuff to pay all the company

bills.profit isn’t salary.(harrison).Prioritize customers services market, and stay involved.

I'm interested in this job because as an owner i will be able to learn more about

construction. I will have my own company. ​This is as an opportunity to change the way building

is done. City planners, designers and construction professionals are critical for us to keep pace

with this population challenge.It’s clear there is no scarcity of skilled jobs in the construction

industry, ​What construction jobs are in demand?​ construction industry is changing quickly, and

that’s a good thing. If we are to build more with less and deliver better outcomes. ​What is the

highest paying job in construction?.​people are going to need more affordable housing, and

builders are going to start using advanced products that help promote cost-effective

buildings.workers will still be needed to man machines and complete work that a machine can’t

be trusted to do on its own.Construction workers may go from being a manual labor job to a sort

of hybrid field that mixes technology and traditional construction practices. Construction

workers will be required to use machines and computers to perform many of the jobs that

previously required several men( Stone).
