How to Conduct Oneself in a Company

People nowadays are all seeking for job, a job suited for them. Having a job is a
necessity, it is the main source of income that will help one’s family to live and survive in their
daily life. Needs and wants are the things that drive everyone to look for a job that will help them
obtain what they want and what they need. To have a job is a must since that it is one of the basic
means of survival, to survive is to work hard, and to live find a job. One must have a job which is
enough to sustain his/her basic and financial needs, to eat a square meal and to have a luxurious
living. Everyone are aiming to have a successful and peaceful life, to live in a more comfortable
and convenient life. To have a decent job requires a lot of sacrifices and endurance, there’s a lot
of challenges that one might encounter. Though there are so many hardships to have a decent
job, it also gives a lot of benefits and advantages to an employee. One of those benefits is that
one will be given a proper compensation, a high salary, to be a regular and other benefits. Taking
risks are just a stepping stone to achieve a bigger and a higher goal.

To be employed does not only requires superb talent, skills, or intelligence because
sometimes it is the attitude or behavior in work that matters the most. Setting aside one’s
capabilities, it is the attitude that makes someone valuable and an asset in a company. Like
everyone said, No body’s perfect, in order to fill the gap of one’s shortcomings, he/she must do
anything and everything that it takes to achieve the company and his/her goal. Even though one
lacks something, he/she can fill it with his/her strength in order sustain its shortcomings. The
company will always seek for an employee that can help and lead a company to its success.

To be a good employee is to do any tasks that the company will give and doing it with
willingness and without complains, doing repetitive tasks without the supervision of his/her
superior, and making sure that every these tasks are properly done and free from errors. One
must treat everyone with respect regardless of its standing in the company, one must take care of
their boss in order to have a good relationship and understanding between each other, and to
make everything goes smoothly. Make sure that records must be properly kept and secured,
every transaction should be received by the right individuals and it must be signed properly.
Establishing a good relationship with everyone will make the work better, faster, and easier since
that one is not doing it alone. If everyone works together, the outcome will be better and will
greatly help the company. Also, one must keep confidentiality and secrecy because any
information that might leak can ruin the mood of every employee and will surely affect its
performance. Do not be greedy and take everything into considerations.

There’s no easy way or a shortcut that will lead you to success in an instant, everything
has a procedure and step to be followed in order to achieve a bigger and higher goal. It will be
better to not make haste and not rush everything because what’s bound to happen will happen.
One must acquire what is necessary on right process and on right time. Being impatient will lead
us to nothing because instead of being successful, we might end up self-destructing. It doesn’t
matter how hard the task is, what matters is how you do it. One must always do its best and make
everything properly done to avoid repetitions of work. A life without challenge is not exciting at
all and a life without excitement is too boring. Remember that what makes the challenges differ
from problems is that challenges makes us stronger, better and give us lessons or learnings that
will help us to do better, to strive for the best and gain experience that will become knowledge,
knowledge that will help us come up with a good decisions, and good decisions that will lead us
to our success.
