NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE CONDUCT OF JOINT DISTRICT ROLL-OUT

ON THE PREPARATION OF ENHANCED SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN
(E-SIP)

Schools begin a new cycle of the Enhanced School Improvement Plan (E-SIP) using the
planning process that started last January 2019. Technical support from the two district
supervisors of Calumpit North and South was collaboratively given to the school principals and
teachers through an orientation on accomplishing the three-year improvement plan.

In connection to this, as mandated in the Division Memorandum no. 057, s. 2019 and
pursuant to the DepEd Order No. 44, s. 2015, a joint district roll-out orientation on the
preparation of the Enhanced School Improvement Plan (E-SIP) was held last March 18, 2019 at
Calumpit Central School.

Ms. Liezl Ann M. Bondoc, Teacher I from Calumpit North District, hosted the orientation
and started the opening program lively. The opening program started at exactly 8 o’clock in the
morning with the singing of our national anthem “Lupang Hinirang” which was conducted by
Mrs. Laila B. Vicente, Head Teacher III of Longos Elementary School and followed by a prayer of
thanksgiving and guidance led by Mr. Robert S. Lovendino, Head Teacher I of Pascual O. Cruz
Memorial Elementary School.

To welcome all the participants, Mrs. Perlita G. Pagdanganan, Principal II of Calumpit

Central School, gave her warmest greetings and some insights of what to expect on the event
for the day. The number of the school heads and teachers was determined by a simple checking
of attendance assigned to Mr. Lope Adrian C. Acapulco, Principal I of San Jose ES.

“Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much”. Working together as one makes
the tasks successful. On this note, Dr. Jennifer E. Quinto and Mr. Paul J. Candelaria of Calumpit
South and North District respectively gave their inspiring message and encouraging insights to
the attendees. DepEd Calumpit is blessed having a mother who leads with love and compassion,
and father who leads with pillar of strength and discipline to be emulated by their children.

The discussion on the Enhanced School Improvement Plan background began through
the expertise of the two central school heads. The orientation was a success because of their
effective command in making the participants as active listeners so when they come back to
their respective schools effective planning will be done.

After the active discussion, participants were given the opportunity to give queries to
clear and verify some information. The orientation was a success because the participants were
now imparted with enough knowledge needed in planning and crafting the new E-SIP.
