 Observations :

1. Before mould correction, plastic found in core and cavity insert pocket area and slider
face area.

2. Rusting noticed in main core and core sub-insert area.

3. Mould ran on Milacron 150T machine with applied tonnage 110 Tons.

Conclusions
1. No issue found in 12 hours continuous run. Mould running found ok.

2. Replaced mould spares i.e. Main core insert, Core insert 2 and Slider insert will be sent to VTC for
inspection and repair.
