Self-evaluation by the Employee:

1. Where have you done a good job in the last year?


What did you achieve for yourself?
If I am raportating at the bigining of 2016 I think I managed well the submission of the New
Registration process for the Lipoflex and Omegaflex products in 8 DCPs, taking into consideration that
the submissions were always with little time for me to prepare and submit.
I also participate at the learning process for new colleagues, and since there are here I think I made a
good job. This helped me a lot to be more confident in myself. Answering to their questions, it makes
me to realise that I know things (information and processes).
At my last feedback meeting I expressed myself that I wish to have projects with MRP and DCP
procedures. I received this kind of projects and I belive that I managed them well. The Aminoplasmal
work-sharing was a challenge for me.
A good example that I performed a good job is the Glandof project for NaCl and Ringer the validation
response, because of the time and support.
About the achievements, first of all I am more confident on myself and I believe that this is helping me
a lot to my daily work, because when you think positive you will do a good job.

2. Where have you done a less good job in the last year and which need for change do you see?

I am sure that I wasn't at the expectation level in the business trip at the Extedo User Group Meeting.
This I can consider a less good job. When I say it was a less good job, It's not about the understanding
of the presentation, because I took with me much information from that meeting. It's about the
socialisation with people.
The big project Parametric Release can be an example, considerig that Cristina had some comments
at the sequences prepared by me.

3. Which objectives or plans do you have?

First I want to do a good job in the next year and in the future, keep the deadlines, learn more, be a
good example.
